At least it’s better than Female Robin and Aversa’s support conversation. Sure it’s not a marriage confidant but if you’ve seen their confident you’ll know why it’s bad. The confidant makes a lot more sense with MaleRobin and Aversa.

Shadowdragonuniverse Sumi-who? Oh, right. I always forget her name. I only played Awakening once so far, and that was in Classic mode. Sumia got to move exactly once before immediately dying. Same thing happened with Cordelia, but she is at least a little more memorable.

I love the supports between F! Robin and Chrom, and let me tell you why: while the other supports are more focused in knowing each other, making bonds and giving your trust to other person, Chrom's and F!Robin support shows you how they're already close and how much the trust each other.
This conversations shows us how a bond has already been made before they had a proper conversation.

I think it's because he does... Chrom gets to, what? 5 choices while Robin gets (1,2,3...) I think 14 in the first generation alone! And there is another 5 girls in the 2nd generation he can also date too! And maybe you were making a joke about chroms poor life choice of not wanting to marry anyone else except those 5, but I don't care!!!! Argh ;!3 !
@@danielwinchester4759 That's true, but for most of Robin's supports you get to know the characters for A-C & then you can be like "I am in love with you now, let's get married" (my top waifu Awakaning!Anna comes to mind) but with M!Robin & Chrom it feels like a regular support instead of a character introduction because we have the whole game to get to know Chrom. They talk about philosophy and morality and how much they trust and respect each other and never want to leave each other's sides and it's just beautiful, it really cements their relationship as "This is the most important person in my life".
Then there's F! Robin & Chrom who're in an ecchi comedy anime.

I'm gonna be honest, but I still feel like M!Robin has more chemistry with Chrom than F!Robin.
Why do people pair these two? Chrom is already claimed by Sumia via the opening cutscene.
Because its fun, the opening doesn't mean anything to the gameplay when you can pair Chrom with any of the available female units, FRobin and Chroms supports are fun and Sumia is a boring plank of wood.
Sumia is just the default if chrome doesn't have any other supports when it's time to get married.
This happens to me and it was supper disappointing.
