Okay so, in this video several full screen events from 3:48 to 8:20 present epilepsy risks. Flashing lights, moving patterns with wobbly distortions/just wobbly distortions, notably. This does constitute the meat of the video, so you might wanna skip this one, ultimately. Sorry! Though I will say I like a lot of the NPCs in the bit prior to the beginning of the issues, to be fair.
Anyway, Urotsuki watches some TV.

Imagine a TV channel created in the 80's. The channel's name was Yumenet. It would play one of these videos on loop for about half an hour, before text saying "YOU'RE WATCHING YUMENET" would appear on the screen, and switch to another one of these videos for half an hour.
Carl's been in the room watching Yumenet for two weeks. His eyes have became empty.
We'll check on him tomorrow.

a shrieking cloud of bats Yeah it really sounds like it could match with the music from Eosd. I realized this because well, I'm a really big touhou fan lol.
I don't really keep up with it anymore, but I definitely played it quite a bit back in the day! Only ever ended up beating PCB on normal, but it's something at least.

I was surprised that you didn't get more wallpapers (maybe a special one at the very least) from seeing all the stations.
I guess since the stations come at random, it would be too hard to implement.
Yeah, from playing with RPG maker it'd be a little tricky to do. Most of the wallpapers are simple switch flips that trigger on the (usually automated) event starting. Event's automated so it's easy to ensure the wallpaper doesn't "spoil" anyone somehow.
With that said they could force the animated "big screen" to show for x period of time and just make it so the stations aren't randomized, but that might've just been a thing the creator didn't want to do for some reason!
On an entirely not technical note, it's also possible there's some hoops to jump through in getting a wallpaper set up, (I'm actually not sure what all wallpaper additions entail, I have no idea if it has some kind of system set up like map additions) or maybe no art was made/was available for usage. Similarly it just may not have resonated with anyone in the eastern community like it did over here.
Could be a lot of things! A bit unfortunate though, for sure.

Also, a few of these screens do stuff if you watch them for long enough. Spinny Face Guy turns brown, goes wobbly, and flies at the screen while the music gets staticky.
That... Ghost choir thing has a chance to have a blond girl with her mouth agape suddenly appear in front of the screen with some noise. It's a pretty dumb jumpscare.
Also apparently there's some other screen you can see if some thing is turned off I have no idea what. Also another screen was apparently removed.
There's a frame from the removed channel that can be found in the Old Train Station's "culvert surprise"
Well considering this game is a fanmade sequel...
Sorry this is so late but yeah, for a long time you had to actually turn the text events off to see the 6th channel due to a bug, but it has been fixed, and you now see it if text events are on. The channel features odd music that sounds like it's been put in reverse along with a silhouette of Uro holding a chainsaw in front of Japanese characters.

As for extending them, It shouldn't be a problem. Were there any in particular you wanted, preferably with a timestamp? I'll probably record them one at a time and upload it with the regular 2kki video, to keep from flooding people's youtube feeds.
