- A no squat, butt workout? Sign me up! Here is a really quick 5 minute butt workout that requires not only no squats but also no equipment! This will leave you sore the next day.
I work out regularly but was surprised that I still felt sore! Such an effective workout! Big thank you and shout out to Alyssa Shoji who came up with this really effective routine!
