Yoooo KD showing youngins how to handle their self in a interview!!! The way he describes the game of basketball sounded like poetry he really a master at his craft!
Despite him leaving, KD is really respected in the Bay Area. Truly respected and a legend. Hated to see him leave tbh but thankful for his time on the Warriors.
Born and raised here in The Bay and the people love KD. We still talk about him and maybe he’ll realize he can win like 5 more rings and he’ll come back lol
Facts. Love KD. Wish he would have stayed with gsw but respect his move to create his own legacy in Brooklyn. Thankful for allthe great memories that will forever be remembered and cherished in the bay area. #respect #kd #goat #therealmvp
Big Cat stepping it up this episode. I think it’s because he feels less intimidated talking to an athlete that he understands a lot more than these business tycoons. Definitely some great questions and chemistry in the room
Man i been feening to see KD hoop again. I reckon he would be killing it in the bubble environment. Hope he will be dropping by UCLA with Rico again this offseason.
@@sambarta9865 they a causal fr, you can just tell by watching certyain players that they put more than enough work in. Kobe had it, KD has it, it's not something that's easy to miss.
I lived in the same area as KD when he played in Golden State. Not one time did he see me and not say hello, or stop to converse. Sometime engaging in a lengthy conversation. When I learned he moved to the neighborhood I was expecting to see a fleet of nice luxurious cars and a big entourage. He was the exact opposite. He drove a regular car and he was always by himself. Very humble and down to earth guy. Nothing like he was portrayed in the media
"I wanted to play with skilled players like me. Being in OKC I felt I had a lot of athletic players around me." Shots. He knew he was not going to win with Russ.
Life Coach Jesse it wasn’t Russ, it was Roberson, Abrines and all the other net negative wings on the team. Russ and Adams helped a lot but they didn’t have consistent role players down the stretch
@@mitchellty Agreed, many NBA fans often overlook the impact that role players have on a team. Everyone just pays attention to big names. In my opinion they didn't have any consistent players other than KD and Adams. Russ was a huge hit or miss, sometimes looking like the most dominant point guard in the league, but often times making game deciding mistakes. Ibaka was not the interior defender he once was and was just starting to develop his 3 ball. Roberson, waiters, singler, etc. were never reliable for creating plays or generating offense. Kanter was just getting solid on offense but was such a defensive liability against good teams they barely played him
When you consistently turn over the ball 🏀 in the clutch you’re the problem. Doesn’t want to pass the ball but wants to go shot for shot with opposing point guards
Hearing KD talk about how he already knew going into a mismatch that Dray would have his back gave me chills, everyone needs someone like that to watch their back like that.
I clicked on this in my recommended looking for some background noise, but ended up watching the whole thing in one sitting. I thought the dynamic of Alex and Big Cat worked well. Bringing out the light hearted and serious side of KD. Was a great watch. Always has been a fan of Kevin. I am so happy that he's doing what's best for his mental and peace of mind. Hopefully you are healthier than ever KD. Looking forward to watching you play next season Slim Reaper!
This is an absolutely amazing in depth raw interview! The questions were great exactly what I was wondering or wanted to know. KD really answered everything from the heart and just came across so real. As a podcast you guys flow really good! Great job guys
