This is such a great vid. Now it makes sense to me on why I use the settings that are comfortable to my play style. I don't like to share my settings anymore with my friends because they think my settings are weird and I got embarrassed. I like to turn on enemies so I use Linear with horizontal sens at 9, but I found that I can control recoil better with 5 or 6 vertical sens. So I play 9/6 multiplier .90 Linear/Black Ops slope.80

Very informative videos for both you and 5th Seal, who I mostly watch to improve in COD. And both you and he are right. There is no "best" setting. It's all by what you're comfortable with. I lean to your videos more because you are on PS5, where 5th Seal is on PC. Settings and controllers work a bit differently on both PC and console.

Great info, really enjoying this style of video. I believe the point of using GRADUAL in his eyes, is that your standard look speed, and that when you ADS, is actually different, even at 1.0 multiplier. So a gradual transition is less jarring, and gives you a chance to ease into the new sens over a short interval. I don't know if it's just a trick of the eyes, but I can see what he's saying, it does feel slower in ADS.
Yes, exactly, thanks, since I used under 1 most of the time I didn't know ADS 1 isn't 1:1 to Camera sensitivity.

I play on 20h/8v: 0.45% ads sense; after zoom: Linear: Precision AimAssist. 120 FOV. Not a single RUclipsr/pro etc will recommend these settings, but they work FLAWLESSLY for me. Jump in ranked, drop 50 kills, and get accused of hacking regularly. Would I recommend these settings to anyone? Absolutely not…”find what works for you”

I have a Gamesir G7 SE. Do you know if its best for me to change the deadzones on the Nexus app or in the actual game as well as turning on RAW mode or not. Also i play Linear with a 0.0 slope scale. What would be a preferred slope scale number on dynamic for someone who plays with a sens of 2/2 or 3/3? Idk if its rhe G7 SE orvwhat but even the slightest movement of my right stick while aiming and shooting just throws me off. Even with a black precision ring its still just not sticky like i see with everyone else. Sorry for all the questions lol

I get told my settings are crazy all the time lol my horizontal is 7 vertical is 5 ADS is 1.05 left stick deadzone is 0:5
right stick is 0:70 using standard curve at 0, after zoom, focusing, and precision instead of assist and hybrid instead of tap to slide or slide only 😅

I find it odd how a USB connection has a slower polling rate on the normal Dual Sense controller compared to a Bluetooth connection. Does this apply to multiple games or only Warzone? Great video as always 👍🏼
Thanks, it applies to all games, DualSense Default Polling Rate on USB is 250Hz, Sony may change that with PS6 probably to 1KHz by default, as Edge is already 1000Hz.

Appreciate the the video danial. I just wanted to ask you for your opinion on what button I should use to jump in mw3. As I can see l2 has a bit of a delay even when you put the deadzone on 1 but it is more comfortable. However, as X Is a button, it seems to have a faster response time than the trigger. Am I at a disadvantage using l2 instead of X?? Thank you
I have a dualsense edge btw and I use the trigger stops setting at the back.
Hi, the travel distance is a bit lower with L2 if you set deadzone to 0 it could be faster than X, but I personally use back buttons for jump.
Do you also have an Xbox? Would be interesting to see how any of these settings (especially USB vs non-USB) would differ based on console. And yes, I play on Xbox😂 great content as always keep it up!

Do apex. There system is so backwards with settings affecting other settings even if it's off I think you can bring clarity to the aiming system and help a lot of players

I play around with deadzones every time i play change ot up a little all the time and its changing from kinda not that good aim assist to absolute crazy aim assist to a point i doing nothing ots just sticking like glue to the enemy!
So for example you mean left stick max 20 or 15 for a slow player and the slope at 0.00?
Ive tried all combinations, the best is this without doubt:
Dual edge Steady-5 on both left and right
Dynamic slope in game
Black ops aim assist
Sensitivity 5 vert and hor
Ads multiplier either 0.9/0.95/1.00
Left stick max 69
Right stick max 99
Allows you to move around quick with the high ads sens, but also snap onto targets with the steady-5. Believe me this is the best
Best to use raised Analogues, higher one on right stick to perfect the control

i play almost the exact same setting as you after countless trials and error and yes 5-5 does feel like the perfect sens for accuracy and aim. But the only problem was when someone breaks camera its a tad bit slower to make that turn, so i have upped to 6-6 and its feels perfect. but i would definitely want the accuracy of 5(its almost good for 95 percent of gunfight tho except for only when someone breaks camera). i play 6-6 1.00ads now, literally back to default lol. started from 6, played as high as 20 sens, coming down gradually to 8, than low as 5 and back where i began 6. also tried every ad sens low as .55, deadzones, also tried linear. but i play on dual sense so idk if sens makes a difference compared to edge since you can tweak few settings.

@DanielZH Great Video i'm switching back to linear for a while. I'm going 3-3 1 ads sens and slope 0. In that case would you reccomend Default or BlackOps AA? Nevertheless I'm gonna try both to feel them
@@STILLIRISE73 Yes try both, since you have 0 slope, then Black ops might be a better option as your curve is already faster than slope 1.
i am getting maximum aim assist on left stick max 40 and min 5 since i get lots of stick drift and right stick 0 and 99 Max AIM ASSIST

Hi, You're welcome, I don't remember that but it's surely not 4K, upscaled from 1440p at it's best.

Really depends on what you want, I use a slope scale of 1 with linear, but that's me testing new stuff, and I have defaulted on Edge for both right now.

If you were a brand new player just learning mw3 cod and to play with controller what would you use, because i have trouble aiming with controler and its terrible. I got a kontrol freak and that helps.

Hola crak! antes de nada felicitarte por este gran trabajo que haces, pero necesito un poco de ayuda me he visto muchos videos tuyos con traductor ya que somos de paises diferentes y aún así no me queda claro muchas cosas de las que explicas, dicho esto queria saber si podrias ayudarme, entendí en tus videos que no hay una configuración mejor que otras ya que hay q ir probando sensibilidades tipos de curva etc... me gustaría si pudieras recomendarme una configuración tanto en sensibilidad como tipos de ayuda y zonas muertas a una persona como yo que me gusta tener un estilo de juego rapido (para rusear al enemigo) y a la vez tener una buena precisión, juego en ps5 con mando dualsense edge conectado por usb, ahora mismo llevo una sensibilidad 7,7 con sensibilidad de mira 0,85 predeterminada y dinamica, zona muerta jostick izquierdo maximo en 65 y nose aún no me encuentro cómodo al estilo de juego que quiero y que te comentado al principio, te estaría muy agradecido si pidieras ayudarme y disculpa por un texto tan largo, un saludo desde el Sur de España!

Hi, it really depends, if you want less Aim Assist with the faster movement then linear curve with Default aim assist and lower left stick max, if not, use the last video information.

Edge has higher data transfer speeds (less input lag) via the cable, normal Dual Sense better via Bluetooth.

Why do we have aim assist on the left stick which is usually used for walking and running? Isn’t it supposed to be right stick for aiming ??
The aim assist given by the left stick is also WAAAY stronger. A lot of less informed players call cheating when they see left stick aim assist because it really is incredibly powerful, and it's stronger than right stick aim assist.
On default and black ops it's on both Sticks
I would recommend adding a kontrolfreek precision ring and grip
It helped alot with aiming on top your settings
Pushed sensitivity 4 numbers up from 5 till 9
Multiplayer 1.20
Works amazing
i used to use the rings, but they wear down over time and your aim will never feel the same all the time once that starts happening to them

@@barrakalf5786 i’d say maybe after a little over a month maybe 2. you can always throw a new one on, but like i said then you never have that consistent feel cause it’s always changing slightly so muscle memory never sets in

@DanielZH i play on 0 with linear curve. But i play mosty hardcore
In regard to the ADS sensitivity multiplier: 1.00 isn’t 1-1 with your hip sens. It’s actually around 40-50% slower.
It’s always been like this in COD.

@@DanielZH Yeah folk online did extensive tests on it when the option was added.
In the earlier games, we had no option and it was always 1.00 regardless of sensitivity.
That’s why a lot of people, including pros, keep it at that value.

@@DanielZHanother fun fact is that some games usually have the vertical values actually be 60-65% slower than the horizontal values. So 7-7 isn’t actually the same raw speed looking vertical and horizontal in cod. This is because some games take into account screens showing less vertical and more horizontal. 🖥️

KBM players complain how "sticky" aim assist is without realizing that we controller players are also complaining the same thing and struggle with bursting that aim assist bubble 😂
Haha, yeah too much Aim Assist isn't always a good thing, I learned it the hard way in OW2, has one of the most sticky AA and I lowered it a lot!
