    Ma'am, "those legs" tell the story of the strength and endurance you have showcased in your vlogs. So glad you're tuning into a new perspective of apprediation for your body for what it helps you accomplish. Please take care of that knee, it sounds like it got banged up pretty good. Hoping for a speedy recovery!

    I am so aware that we judge ourselves way more harshly and I think you do, too. From my perspective, you look very happy and beautiful. I struggle with myself too and that’s why I also relate to your new perspective of gratitude. We can’t focus on ourselves too much, I believe. 💫
    Also, how cool that feeling is when you trained for so long that you’re now craving the run!! Nice
