I’m from the United State and I grow up saying dinner. But I think supper is fine. There is no right or wrong way of saying. You shouldn’t change it. It nice to hear the word supper, it not often that I hear someone say it 😊
I grew up in the Upper Peninsula of MI (basically Canada)… and we grew up calling it Supper. Everywhere else in the Midwest and US people respond to me with “huh” and call it dinner.😂
Hello, I think supper is a Canadian expression because it's an old French word (souper) that we don't really use anymore in France. It was used to designate evening dinner because at that time lunch was called dinner. Love your vlogs! Have a nice day

We still say souper in French in Quebec. 😊
I only say supper. When someone says dinner I think it's lunch. 😂
