The spiders are still glued on the B2's im pretty confident. The rings/clamps are normally to expedite build speed/time from my understanding vs drivers being sitting there clamped till dried

I also had issues with the leads on the B2 Rage XLs. They are placed in a manner that when mounting them in the hole standard face up that they hit the baffle cutout based on the cutout specs. My guess is 623

I got back in car audio last year after i had my last system in early 2000s. I had a choice FI or B2.. both are godlike subs to me.. Fi for me the slightly better sounding ones.. but i am a sucker for nice subs and B2 just looked a bit better to my eyes so i went B2 2 15s rage v3s but i am sure i will make a switch to FI at some point in the future as those neo's are sexy AF.. im a sucker for white subs with carbon.. yummy.Oh Edit. I subbed because loud bass haha
Same here, had MTX 12 single in 1996 which did not last long with my XM200 Sony 2 channel AB amp bridged, lol, i upgraded to Pioneer IMPP in 2004, much better. Now I have dual Skar VXF12 x2 with Hooligan K03 and lithium. It's worlds different than back in the day

I’m building my system now for 4 NSV4 18’s that have been upgraded with all new soft parts from SPL Audio. I just had to throw that in there because you said you were going to be using NSV4’s. As far as my guess on the number for the tweeters I’m going to say 333.

The leads can break in that particular spot from the cone hitting it or vibrations. When they get hot from playing, they are more likely to break.
