Frost got what she deserved. And for all the usual suspects who may say this is cancel culture. It isn't. She made a tone-deaf tweet about surviving a pretty big layoff at G4 that embarrassed the company. I know that these woke companies will take a certain amount from their talent talking smack on Twitter, but making the company look this bad with poor optics is never a good thing. Especially when Comcast is watching and knowing they aren't profitable. So when you have a big entity like Comcast demanding for results/ profitability, and you have Frost being the arrogant narcissist that she is making a take like "surviving," that really is something that cannot be overlooked.
And Melanie Mac actually makes a good point. Her tweet is going to make it very hard for any company to want to hire her. Seriously, what company wants an individual who disparages their own coworkers, intentions aside? Overall, Frost done goofed and she has nobody to blame but herself.
If it's one thing current year has proven, it's that there's always another sucker. She'll get picked up somewhere, even though it's plain as day she was a poisonous and all around unpleasant person. Maybe she can host the 'reimagined' Bully Hunters 2.0 or something equally absurd. There's always another company willing to die on a hill for virtue singal points and a nice ESG score.
