Congratulations, Becca! Graduating from nursing school is no small feat. For the record, I prefer Notability as well and the iPad is truly life changing for learning and research. Using both, along with the Apple Pencil is a joy.

I’m nearly 50. I will go back to school this fall. I also plan on purchasing a new iPad or iPad Pro to take notes. I don’t know this new app before as I still used to pens and paper for taking notes. Thanks for your sharing! Really appreciated!

Your brain works the same way mine does. As soon as you started mentioning how you organize your notability and the color coordination I completely understood. And the biggest THANK YOU on suggesting the paper feel ipad screen. I love using my ipad but I hate it because of the shiny screen and the way it feels to write on it! Thank you !!!!!

Thank you for the awesome tips! I'm arising freshman at Penn for nursing. I'm wondering is taking notes with 64 GB is it enough for college or the 128GB better? I'm worried a lot about storage. But I knew that I will want to use it for notes. Thank you again!

I used a 64GB ipad throughout all of nursing school and didn’t have any issues!

Do you have the Classic plan for Notability? Because that's when you downloaded it before 2019 so you have unlimited pages, I'm pretty sure.

Yes! I never had to purchase a plan when I had notability!

Thank you for this! I have been considering getting an Ipad. I noticed yours has 63 GB. Was that large enough for downloading all of your lecture slides etc? It is a large price increase to get the 258GB (something like that) Let me know how the storage was for you:)

How did you get the power point on notability?

I used canvas, I would go to download the powerpoint but chose to export it to Notability.

I like to type in notability the thing I noticed in that is when I hit return the cursor move to far to the left how do you center notes so they don’t look messy?

I will use the feature that allows all of the text to be selected, and will move it all towards the center or where I want it to be

You said that you airdropped your notes I'm assuming that means you have an apple computer. what if I don't have an Apple computer am I still able to AirDrop that to my regular laptop?

I don’t think you will be able to airdrop to a non-apple laptop, but you can transfer tour notes other ways like email, google drive, etc.
