The information guru's give is helpful but it isn't as easy as they make it seem, setting up a Trust, Holdings Corp, and LLCs aren't straightforward and easy. As well as the different tax methods for each that's RESEARCH is important. Do your own research on the topics they discuss/mention and come to your own conclusions.
