BRILLIANT-- GENIUS PLAYING BY YUJA -WANG .ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT .
One of the best pianists I've ever heard
Outstanding mastery of this very difficult and lengthy concerto. She gives an outstanding performance as always.
Probably the best interpretation of this masterpiece, pure genius. Bravo Yuja!
Bendiciones y Gratitud🎹🎼🎹🎼🔔🔔⚘⚘
For me Piaza della Signoria,Firenze is the center of the universe and Brahms sounds perfect coming from the Loggia dei Lanzi.Splendid interpretation!Bravo Yuja!
??? Piazza della Signoria? Loggia dei Lanzi? "
With Münchner Philharmoniker conducted by Valery Gergiev at Odeonsplatz."
This video has disappeared from RUclips for a long period of time until now it surfaced again. Thank you ! Very much ! George Wu, Architect, 2019-9-6
Gracias
Yuja Wang, Hilary Hahn, and a few others are the prodigies of our age. To think how our Creator blessed our hands with such dexterity should lead all to pray with gratitude for the joy it brings, not to mention the other arts, architecture and technology.
And by Creator, you're referring to Allah, correct?
@@sevenlayer8780 A little history is needed to answer your question. In the 6th & 7th centuries two new religious tyrants came to power: the pope and Mohammed. Both denied the Creator Who established the non-violent Apostolic Christian faith. Islam worked to destroy the Church of the East, while Catholicism worked to destroy the Church of the West. Their history is brutal.
I have never heard a better interpretation of this concerto than this one !
Yes, Leon Fleisher !
Yuya teacher by the way.
Hmmm… I am not sure, very sorry. There are many others. Like Fleisher or also Krystian Zimerman. Listen to the first section where the piano comes in - for me - ah - not consistant.. sorry. there are better ones
Try Bruno Gelber´s recording.
And please don’t forget Helene Grimaud. She is right there with Yuja!!
Wow. Pianist, setting, orchestra! Conducting OK. Great performance.
Como siempre, Yuha Wang, magnifica, tocando a Brahms
It' s chilling to hear such a magnificent executivo, perfect in every detail...
She is one of the best pianist and my favorite pianist
Bill - It is amazing how one performance can render all others obsolete. Absolutely fantastic and made it sound so fresh and new. I just need to hunt down a recording of it.
...all others obsolete? 😂😅😂😄😂😃😃😂🤣😂🤣😂😃😂😄What are you on?
The first time I see a lot of emotions in her face. She is a grandiose and virtuoso piano player!
Maravilloso concierto interprete grandiosa. Gracias por compartir. Saludos desde Ecuador
Qué interpretación!
Absolutamente magistral.
Muchas gracias a ésta gran pianistas.
By far the best interpretation in all RUclips

Watch and listen to this first.
Bravo 👏 👏 👏 👏
Please don’t get carried away. No doubt that Yuja is magnificent here, but there are other pianists who are equally quite good, playing this piece. Don’t forget Martha Argerich and Helene Grimaud to name just two. I could name others, but these two are at the very top of any list of incomparable pianists.
@@barbaraglynn1531 I thought I had all of Argerich's recordings. If you can point me to a Brahms concerto, I'll be grateful.
@@davidcolver2502, I am so sorry. I inadvertently confused Brahms Concerto #1 in d minor with Brahms Rhapsody #1, opus 79. You are right; Martha has not recorded Brahms Concerto #1. Thank you for calling me on this. However, I still feel that Helene Grimaud is the very best interpreter of Brahms among pianists living today.
Divine ..love ..Beauty..Best pianist ,great!....brilliance ..Srta. Wang !
Fantástica Yuja Wang, bravoo! ❤️
...in italy linguage "bravA", because is a woman
Never has a STEINWAY been so lucky and proud to be caressed like this.
One of the very greatest pieces of spiritual music. A luminous performance by everyone. Yuja is a goddess.
(But what a tight-ass audience!)
Yuja wang
This is my favourite music. On a snowy night in Boston, waiting for Triple AAA to fix my car, my friend Kevin the composer studied the entire score and went home to listen to a few perfomences
@limoreperetz8860 We need MUCH MORE context for your story, please!!
amazing, and she is so gorgeous-and from an interview, also has a great personality!
Yes ,she may be called the pianist with the beatifullest sound of 21 st century😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
A superb interpretation. How lovely. 💐
For as long as music, composition, and performance of this quality are appreciated and supported, there is hope that our species can rise above the pettiness of everyday life and the trivia of most of our existence.
Yuja is a wonderful pianist .
Ascoltarla è sempre un privilegio
She completely shines in everything she performs. Her Liszt B minor sonata is, for me, without peer.
FANTASTIQUE , ça laisse en manque de souffle.. À égalité avec Rachmaninov pour moi !.. J'en crois pas mes oreilles !..
C'est fabuleux !..Superbe et talentueuse pianiste 🙏🎶💓🎶✨⭐✨🌟
Whatever she wears she looks beautiful. when she begins to play you enter another dimension. amazing!!
Yuja is a very talented pianist. I like the venue very informal setting.
"A statue has never been built to honor a critic."
Agreed!
Attributed to Jean Sibelius.
