B&W footage from CBUT (CBC Vancouver) program 'Hourglass' prepared this footage as an obit for a Newspaper vendor, known as "Newsie Jack" aka Jack Kanchikoff. He sold newspapers on street corners in downtown Vancouver from 1931-1969. This footage shows him vending at Granville and Georgia Streets in Vancouver and hamming it up with a young man peddling the 'Georgia Straight'. Soundtrack: iLife Sound Effects - Fifth Ave Stroll
