Errrr, this is the 1981 British championship! For a start the Chevette HSR debuted the previous year (1980) with Jimmy McRea at the Circuit of Ireland and secondly he debuted the brand new Ascona 400 in 1981 after leaving DTV in 1980!!
This is the first time I've ever seen the 1981 Mintex show here,thanks for posting.
