Got chills when Alicent said "Cole is on the march ,Aemond... you know what Aemond is" and this soundtrack continues building up. Imo it was screaming WAR IS UPON US AND THERE'S NO TURNING BACK!!
The "it's too late Rhaenyra" brooke my heart, knowing what will happen next. They booth signed their death. This music perfectly translated the meaning of "it's too late". So much regrets, it's so sad
What an absolute banger. This scene made me tear up a bit. It's honestly a tragedy that such a situation has unfolded based on so many other small occurrences that turned to become bigger and bigger. Eventually its as Alicent says, "too late for that". She speaks truth.

Using that mindset, we can say Rhaenyra gaslit Daemon to murder someone when she said “I want Aemond”, but Aemond couldn’t be found. We could say my daughter gaslit me to buy her a freezie when she was upset over the weekend. Such a silly, GenZ, type term. 😜

Even though its not in the book, and i find the scenario laughable, i like what this scene does for the characters. I absolutely love the juxtaposition of going from Rhaenyra having potential doubts about her fathers faith in her, and Allicent being certain in Aegons claim. To Rhaneyra now being more boldened than ever she is the rightfull ruler, and Allicent now having doubts in the catalyst of all this.

Oh, now you mention it, I think the same, too. I've already heard "Gravity" for a long time, and yes, it sounds more like that soundtrack. Going from "soft" to "strong", and then, it's more like "affirm self-worth" or "victory" at the end of the soundtrack.

Don’t agree at all. It had deepness to the character of Rhaenyra. She first tries a path to avoid war and going nuclear with the dragons. Then she realises it’s too late and the war begins.
@@ricardocraveirocosta nah, it's bad writing. They are supposed to be at war, Alicent could have just summoned the guards or alerted them when she left and Rhaenyra would be dead. Also it's stupid of Rhaenyra to even go to kings landing in the first place. S8 GoT levels of terrible writing

I love that this is a darker version of The Crown of Jaehaerys (Rhaenyra's coronation theme). There is no stopping what's to come.
