Looks like Trotter, Haines Corbett were formed in the 1850s. In 1869 they advertise as Fire Clay and brickworks at Bettell Lane, Stourbridge. Fire bricks, Blast furnace bricks, and gas retort Manufacturers. They also had the interests in Bettell Lane Colliery. Round about the 1930 they look to have been absorbed by other companies. Thanks bud I originally thought that but west midlands isn't a county I was told it originally come under Shropshire as the third when part of the black country was covered by it
@@MidlandsOutdoors counties get changed from time to time so maybe at one time it was Shropshire. I downloaded a pdf from the gov web site and there is a section of Staffordshire that sticks down to the west of the west midlands.

Nice walk that is you can go a little further to Blakedown that's another video in summer . Loads of walking routes that way
