Found an issue with a SER5 I'm setting up for someone. Everything else works fine. If I connect a hard drive to the USB 3.0 port to copy files, it stalls after a few GB and won't respond again until I disconnect the drive and reconnect it. Copies fine if I connect to the USB2.0 port. The plug felt hot when I removed it from the USB3.0 port. It's almost like the USB controller chip doesn't have adequate cooling so malfunctions if you're copying more than a few GB. I haven't disassembled the PC to check if the chip has a heatsink. If it doesn't, that's a design flaw. If it does, it might be underspecced or faulty. Thought it was too good to be true.
I wouldn't use this for gaming, unless it's very old games, and emulators (without 4k scanlines). It's more of a media player, web browser. Watch 4k movies, RUclips on your big screen TV
Get the AMD 5800H version of this. Its APU is MUCH better vs the Intel for gaming. If you can find the previous model SER4 with 4800U processor, it'll perform even better. Its the black one with red vents and has 8 cores and 16 threads Ryzen 7
My 5560U Has a display port and an HDMI. I've been seeing many of these vids where the 5560U has two HDMI and no DP. Is mine a later model or something?

These are solid units, the specs are accurate, they are fast, quiet and well designed. The M.2 is not just an SSD it's an NVMe SSD. They even include a bracket that you can attach it to the back of a monitor that has a vesa mount if you want. Even if this video is AI generated the facts are accurate and it's no scam.
Definitely is a solid device. I got the Beelink SER5 Mini PC,AMD Ryzen 5 5600H Last year and this little mini PC works amazing I do a lot of streaming picture quality is excellent

The Ryzen 7 4800H SER MAX beelink, is better that a i5-11400F, literal is so better and the mini PC consumenear the same that a a CPU desktop
They most expensive ones do but they're going to cost. ETA Prime channel just reviewed one with an RTX-4080!

Also, I was able to upgrade my mem to 64GB @ 3200mhz. This video says up to 32gb. A bit confused. Maybe I do have a later model

Tried this same one for ps3 emulation exclusively and it doesn’t work properly
ps3 emulation needs suprisingly much power. You will need a much better pc for this
