Hi, I am not getting the incoming calls from few numbers but its working fine in other devices without any issues. I have changed replaced the sim, factory reset and Notification setting but nothing worked. Do you have any suggestions.
Guiding Tech Thank you for this video. It worked. 😊💖 The suggestion to check if “Do Not Disturb”. It was on which caused my problem with not being able to look at my phone and see who was calling without touching my phone or the caller ID popping up on my screen while using it. I turned that off and it’s back on Do Not Disturbed on a scheduled timeframe from 10p.m. to 7a.m. while I sleep. Instead it was on Until I turn it back on or something like that.
I n my case it was a brand new phone and the fix for whatsapp was in Settings, Apps, clicked Whatsapp and the notification turned them on. Thanks for the help
I had a similar issue with my OnePlus 7T. I checked the notification settings for the Phone app in settings to toggle it on to restore notifications. But, I could not do it since the notification settings page for the Phone app showed the message "at your request android is blocking this app's notifications". Then I did an Apps Reset in Phone Settings. That worked for me. To do the App Reset, go to Settings > System > Reset Options > Reset app preferences > Reset apps. After you click to confirm the Apps Reset, the issue will get resolved. Give it a try.
It actually turned out that the Do Not Disturb was turned on. The phone would ring but the display would not show anything. I am not sure how a ringing phone is "do not disturb". thought you would like to know.

I have the Oneplus Nord 5g. I have an issue with the call notifications, I'm receiving the call notifications with a delay of 7-8 seconds. For example, if I dial my number from any other phone, the ringing starts on the earpiece on the other phone but my phone(Nord) rings 7-8 seconds after ringing starts there in the earpiece of the other phone. This happens everytime. If I'm on a call and someone calls me at that time and disconnect the call because I am busy, then I don't even get the notification of a missed call. Please resolve this issue.
Thank you. My problem was I was in Do Not Disturb through Android Auto. I used to let it Auto launch on Bluetooth but it annoyed my son who I let listen to music on my car speakers sometimes. So I turned off auto launch and manually launched when I need it in the car. Guess what? Auto launch closes it automatically but it was staying open in the background for days launching manually. Wanted to share in case it affects anyone else

After doing all the things you told I have also formatted my phone, update to other country OS but still having the problem. Here is my issues (Samsung Note 9 SM-960U) 1. When I got a call, sound is ok, vibration is ok, I can receive my call through volume up key all ok, but there is no display. 2. All remedies that I have seen assume that the problem happens with every call. I have no idea when an incoming call will not display any buttons - it is erratic. Why does it normally work but occasionally not work. Could some other app be accidentally catching the call?

I checked the phone app settings, and it turned out my phone app wasn't set as the default dialer. In fact no default dialer was set, so I set my phone app as the default dialer, and that fixed it.
Bro on my 15 days old redmi note 10 pro device 1-2 times a day call rings but who's calling is not shown and notification of call management comes stating phone app stopped responding pls provide some fixes
A one more fix is opening default app set screen for that app, sometimes phone app is default set already but don't work until you open default screen.

I have a peculiar problem:- During the duration of a call by mistake if I tilt the phone slightly, the interface gets minimised during which time the caller will not be able to hear me while I could hear him. By the time I recognise this and maximise the interface, the caller would disconnect the call and ring up again. Can you please help me to prevent the interface getting minimised on its own during the course of the call. When I minimise the interface manually during the course of the call, then there is no issue, the remote person could hear me.
Whenever someone calls me it shows in floating window And whenever I try to answer the call my moblie shows "Answering call.." But it doesn't answer it just hangs And after few seconds it rejects the call I have poco X2 What to do plz help!!!!
