@@serchinnaidoo8902 Come on, my Huawei🇨🇳 phone shouldn't be giving that ridiculous error. Phones are meant to make calls, and I haven't changed anything. The problem must be coming from the American🇺🇸 embassy on my phone a.k.a. Google play services.
If they cannot cooperate with Huawei due to sanctions and cannot compete with China in the free market, they have to do things like this.

Something is really strange, a couple of days ago I had a problem with a black screen on my Huawei P9. After a factory reset, I was able to make and receive calls normally. When I added my Google account, from then on the black screen appeared again when making and receiving calls. I think this is related to some update that is not compatible. I solved the problem with another dialer.
The only question that still remains is why the original dialer stopped working?

Why it stops working and why with Huawei phones. This is a problem recent and that become viral. It is a Huawei p8 without any kind of problems ever. Its a war machine and suddenly appear this problem and we are not alone.

thank you! problem solved..... but why stopped original dialer working?
I think it's an update issue. Mine stopped working after it surrupticiously updated itself (I never allowed updates, but I guess it took advantage when I allowed an update of the HiSuite softwate to transfer photos... cunning little sh*t 🤣) From other's comments across many forums I understand there is something in the Google updates that makes this happen. I can only assume it is part of sabotaging Huawei from the Amarican side. The "cold war" is a hot cup of lava by now!
Reset or downloading any dialer didn't solve my issue on my Mate 10 Pro. It closes automatically all aps when I start a call and no banner notifications at all
