    Osteoporosis affects many people especially as we age. Without addressing it's effects on the body we can easily become stationary which has many negative effects on the body as a whole.
    In this exercise, Meredith is guiding you through a safe and easy to follow routine in both standing and seated positions (which can be modified to all seated if necessary) which builds up your cardiovascular system and strength to help with your osteoporosis.
    Suffering from osteoporosis doesn't mean you can't be active and in this workout, the moves will help build the strength in your muscles and contribute to overall bone health in a safe and healthy manner.
    This is a beginner/intermediate workout so make sure to preview before starting if you are unsure if this level is for you. Remember to take breaks when you need to, never force anything that causes pain or discomfort and always keep your water close by.

    Appreciate this. I’m 76, just learned my backache is from little fractures in L1, L2, L3. I’m opting for physical therapy versus running to an orthopedic dr. I was very allergic to milk and as a child no one talked about calcium supplements.

      Hi! Has the doc prescribed you putting the dropper with zolendronic acid? The docs think that they are highly effective for fractures. I will do my first one in July. I have osteoporosis too.

    Great balance between standing and sitting exercises. I was able to do the whole thing during a recovery time. Thanks for directing this towards osteoporosis. Lord bless you.

    Dear Meredith, I love the way you structured this routine. Thank You! I wasn't able to do the sitting knee lift movement though as it strained my back. I couldn't find that comfort zone with positioning for sitting and slightly leaning back on the chair, to lift both knees. One knee at a time is fine. Much appreciation for all your thoughtful support!💐

    Not sure what happened but when you went to the chair my screen went black , I can hear but not see anything 😢
