This is fantastic. I've been riding since the mid 80's and never considered myself an athlete until the past 15 years, after getting into other sports. I now do very specific exercises/stretches/movements for riding.

Thanks for listening, So glad to hear this! What ways has your body responded to doing these specific movements 'in the saddle'?

The latest thing; I started working on my 2-point on the ground; recognized that I stop breathing in that position! After 3 days of practising breathing and moving through this position, I was able to better implement it in the saddle which, of course, makes everything easier! I'm extremely hyper mobile with a very long torso. Hanna Somatics, Fascial stretches and Pilates have played a huge roll in improving everything in the saddle for me as well.

@@michellewilsondompehsermt4329 that makes complete sense. Sounds like you went to your physical groundwork to improve your saddle time.
