It's what I believe a geforce "driver" for the game because this games a little old, you have to download it. It won't do anything other than mAke the game work because that's what the game works off of. Phys x is also implemented into Cod ghosts. But yeah it does work on Windows 10. But the game on steam or whatever and then go on Google and install phys x

Buy the game* Instal the game and then download phys x and then you can play. I figured out that when I saw the it on the steam community page, lol.

Why would you aim down your sight while using a shotgun???
Because it tightens the spread and makes you pump faster.
WonkyTonkBotty and you can tilt which is very useful if you don’t wanna die from a panzercheck later in the game
