This game was so much fun! Just wish it wasn’t so short. I really loved how the weapons felt/sounded in this game, all of them were powerful and punchy yet unique in how they handled. I remember grinding my ass off to beat this level on expert those storm elites were no fucking joke. Very underrated game, a much better WW2 game than the newest CoD

Yeah I remember playing this on my xbox.took me 5 hours to finish thefirst mission LOL.i had to make sure that I woudint get a disc scratch error on the loading screen.
Thank you man for beating this game. This game has a lot memories. My grandfather loved this game and he knew a lot of ways about this level with those juggernauts.
Talking about flak towers. This comes into my memory that my wife, Angie, wrote a book called "Der Flakturm" translated from German, the flak tower, it talks about her life and I was present there. She's actually 33 years old and I'm 36 years old.
I finished that game when I was 28
I always hated the parachute respawn everytime you die on this mission. Since your objectives were inside the building every death meamt going thru hell all over again. Still, this was an amazing game.
Once you are either in the main control room or underground before dying the respawn point is on the ground instead of the air.
doesn't help checkpoints actually reset earned weapon upgrades too
I remember playing this when I was like 8 or 9. Took me almost a week to beat this level
For everyone stuck on the last part (where you're in the sewer), know this: you don't actually have to fight those nazi storm elite guys. Just start running, follow the demo line, and don't stop until you get to the ladder.
I just did this and finished the game! I was stuck on this part with very few ammo and 0 bombs. I ended up with 1 slot of health though 😝 thanks

@@iconicpizza you can do that pretty easily on easy, it's a little hard on normal, an absolutely impossible on expert. On expert once they get sight of you, you're dead on sight. They one shot you through cover and everything.

My recommended loadout: STG.44, Shotgun, 1911. Works well, especially when upgraded. Also, Gammon grenades can destroy the Flak and AA guns.
Get the 1911 to level 3 ASAP, MAG rounds and increased speed means a quick 3 round burst will kill any regular german

I enjoyed playing this level as much as I've ever enjoyed a video game, this level really is a good time.
Greatest mission ever! One of the best games ever as well. Don't know how many times I've played it.
The elite guy black with gas mask looks like Darth Vader from above ,and the guys in black suit and cap seeim like General Hux from Force Awakness Star Wars episode 7

Actually no one was inside. When you approach the elevator that takes you to the basement of the tower where the demo team is. Some random guy says “Demo team took that elevator down to the basement. Travers, you follow them we’ll clear out. Meaning they would get out of tower before it explodes. Basically the goal for the allies was to just secure the tower Ground floor to rooftop. Travers gets extra work alone in the basement while escaping the tower. Setzer and Wirth set up explosives in the basement on large crates. The goal of the last part is to follow the wire from the charges to the plunger.
Man I used to play this game as a kid and I loved it. Now, as a Paratrooper, I love it even more

You see, this game caused me nightmare once. I was in a kind of a building like in operation Husky. Then about 10 of the Nazi Elites with MGs appeared and killed me. And do you know, what was the real nightmare? RESPAWN! I died about 7 times that night.

It was, and still is, severely underestimated
This guy runs through every level without a care in the world, just to show how quickly one can get through them I guess. I enjoy loading out with the STG 44 due to it's accuracy, powerful punch, and magazine capacity for my main suppression weapon. The Springfield Sniper rifle is great for the long range stuff, good knockout power. I enjoy just going methodically through each level and picking off every Nazi in the field before hitting the objectives. Takes a while on expert but it's fun practicing cloak & dagger skills. Just watch your back, Nazi's like to appear out of nowhere.
When I played this mission, in the final part where I push to blow up the building, I looked the wrong way and missed the scene. And well I'm here watching it
I played on medium difficulty and I ran right past all those Nazi storm elites into the sewer at the end.. I had no ammo left by time I got there so I had no choice. But it's possible! You can run right past them without shooting a single Nazi
That's easy on casual, hard to do on normal, and literally impossible on expert. It's absolutely impossible on expert because once they get a bead on you you're immediately dead, they one shot you and there's no getting into cover.

It's a fine mission in the game, but the fact is that flaktower wasn't take over like that. The allieds negociate the surrender of the tower, because it was going to be very hard to overpower the nazi army inside. historically saying
In Easy you hang out in The tower and The enemies only watch you, you go in expert and The enemies one-shot you
Depends where you start in the level. Roof, Ground, or Middle of tower. Roof is easier because it’s only fighting down to the bottom.
Germany were already surrendered at the time negotiation began. The defending soldiers were also very depleted. So it wont make sense to hold the tower.

Loved this game. Riddled with mistakes though. The flak tower in the mission is a 3rd generation tower that was only found in Vienna, Austria. And only Berlin, Hamburg and Berlin had Flak towers. None of those cities are near the mission marker on the map during the briefing

When I was finally completed this when I was 8 I was so happy. I done this on hard and it was horrible to do this mission
It is also possible to destroy AA Guns with gammon grenades from the rooftop or the terrace of the Flak Tower. It is much easier and without risk.

It is Old and difficult to find, But it Was make in 2007 so there is many bug and there is only 1 check Point for objective But it is an amazing game

This game on the hardest difficulty is beyond dumb. Clearly these guys did it the easy way and just cranked the auto aim to 100% and damage to 200%. Can't wait to finish the game and never touch it again.
I don't see it as dumb, it's just challenging.
Some people seem to think that the Difficult setting is too easy - there is a MOHA mod that makes it even harder, with more damage dealt to the player wherever possible. That's INSANE, but still playable to the end.

I know im a year late but it had a lot of replayability with leveling up weapons and sort of being 'open world' as you can complete the objectives how ever you see fit

This mission was so fucking hard for me i swear. I had this game when i was twelve but would play it in hard mode because i didnt like finishing games too quickly. I ended up lowering the difficulty just on this stupid mission because the last part was too hard

What load-out do you favour for this level?
I am in two minds about rifles. I have never tried taking down Storm Elite with a Garand.
I have taken a Springfield as a Secondary, but only after I have earned the 'scope sight.
I usually favour two automatic weapons from the start.
The BAR has power, but it is a bronco to hold down. The same applies to the Thompson, which has too high a rate of fire anyway.
There should be a BAR with a slow fire rate, which would be accurate. Or a M3 Grease Gun.
The Storm Elites are Bad News. Their MG42 seems to have a infinite magazine & it doesn't overheat either. They use the frickin thing like a fire-hose. Explosives or the shotgun are the way to go. I haven't used a Panzerschreck as the re-load time is just too slow.
Has anyone completed the game on Expert level?
Yes, I completed that level on Difficult several times.
If I recall correctly, the Storm Elites at the end are preferably dealt with using the Gammon Grenades (get as many of them as possible before you go into the sewers). Remember: the smaller grenades somewhat bounce when thrown against a wall, so you can throw them around corners, almost in a 180° turn. A sniper rifle can be used to eliminate at least one of the Storm Elites and several silduers (right before you jump into the very last basement); the second weapon could be the Panzerschreck in case you run out of grenades.
For the other parts of the map, I used a combination of (1) a machine pistole with a high firing rate (the Storm Elites can get stopped from shooting if they receive continous fire), and (2) either a sniper rifle or a Panzerschreck (the latter for use against several Storm Elites or packs of enemy soldiers, from the distance).
Still haven’t made a mobile version of that game.
I wonder if the 2016 SE iPhone has better graphics than the 2010 Intel HD Graphics 2500.

Does anyone know what WWII game had a scene where the player parachutes into occupied territory and gets stuck in a tree - along comes a german patrol directly underneath him - they relieve themselves and walk on? I thought it might be MOH but can't find a video.

Most level of medal of honor airborne aren't hard, even on expert mode. Only the last 2 levels of this game on expert mode was a nightmare for me
