Foreign Currency Purchasing and Carrying Rules

What are foreign currency applicable rules as per state Bank in Pakistan?
you can purchase usd.10k per day from money exchange companies per day whereas its annual limit is usd.50,000. but for usd2k or more you need to route the transaction through bank I.e provide cheque, payment order or demand draft.
you can carry usd.5000 while going out of country per visit in case you are adult. the maximum limit per annum is usd 30000 for adults. for minor usd 2500 and per annum 15k is permitted while going out of country.
for Afghanistan per visit fcy limit is usd 1k and per annum 6k.
for debit/ credit cards you can spend usd 30000 for international transactions for personal nature per annum.
