The difference between 50 and 60 years is huge. 2013:- Johnny goes with the journalist, the nomad, and Rogue, accidentally kills/traps Alt Cunningham when he unplugs her. 2023:- He goes with Rogue, Spider, Shaitan, Blackhand and Militech soldiers to bomb the tower. 2077: Emails are sent. 60 years earlier rules out the tower bombing. 50 doesn't. That explains the update. Perhaps the mystery has something to do with how exactly she contacted him later on and why. Maybe the Lilith ritual Maelstrom did in the cyberpsycho gig could be related. And perhaps level -10 in the game is a nod to Mikoshi?
Where would Saburo Arasaka be keeping a crypt? Certainly not under his own house- but Arasaka headquarters, far beneath what's normally accessible? It's possible there could be something in Mikoshi. One would have to check past the walls for a door. Noclip could help there, no code necessary.
Isn't this just a reference to Engram Johnny's incorrect memory. the dream sequence where you reenact the bombing is basically a fantasy and the main clue that it's completely wrong is the Concert scene happens about a decade after the band was already discontinued.
one funny thing about the color magenta is that it doesn't exist on a linear color spectrum. It's used to bridge the gap between red and blue on a circular color spectrum or color wheel. It's scary how similar that ties into the ouroboros symbolism
Perhaps cyberpunk is to be treated as a literal world being created on our consoles and we're the watcher, the code could be some kind of allusion to us as a player or the nature of how we interact with the game, the game literally never ends in the sense that it sends you right back to before the ending when you're finished and you can start it all over at any time

I loved being in this investigation, I was one of the first people to find the secret hallway in AT3D. I also helped solve the DM + TU in the maze, it's simply initials of the devs that made the maze, take that as you wish.
This is a very elaborate way to justify their Witcher 3 references in Cyberpunk 2077. Since Ciri has the capacity to travel through both time and space, yet only 'mastered' the capacity to travel through space, perhaps this is designed to wrap up how she figured out how to time-travel as well. All those sensors and laptops out in the boonies reminded me immediately of the polished crystals mages would utilize to communicate across vast distances.
Until today, i only knew, there was something going on witht this character string. After having played 350 hours in 3 playthroughs and not having any info on any theory, i today watched this vid. Ill be honest, I always thought FF06B5 was a reference to the 5th boss you defeat in Final Fantasy 6, an octopus. Since when I saw first saw the big statue I thought the golden pillars the statue stands on were its legs lol

There is a rogue Delamain cab which mentions something about "talking to someone from another world". He states that it means the bridge between AI and Humanity IIRC, but you could also take it in context of 'the watcher', maybe AIs are just more keyed into what's going on and that particular delamain cab figured it out. The is another cab that speaks exclusively in GLaDOS direct quotes from Portal 1 and Portal 2, which could be considered another world too, if it wasn't a game in the 2077 universe years ago. I think the hex code being an actual missing texture in text form is more then a stretch. Obviously not an engine thing, but had the developers meant that from the start, it would be a bit weird, as that is simply not how games work and they know that full well. Not to mention the code doesn't directly match the missing texture colour IIRC. I think that if it does allude to the missing texture colour, then it is an in universe version, where those more in the know about what is going on, who have perhaps seen such missing textures in real life (real to them anyway), and made a statue in awe of the realisation or in hopes of subtly leading certain ones to the truth.
All of the rogue delamains are references to rogue AIs from popular media. Pretty sure that one was just a reference to the robot dude from Doom, talking about beings from other dimensions and whatnot

Honestly, I think, there's two factions in the game. I call one the Misty-Regina faction, because I've only seen the globe statues associated with them. And then there's the Saka faction that has the sword statue.
I think it's kinda funny. A game that sort of delves into the theme of existentialism here they've seeminly dropped in some sort of secret that probably just had no meaning to begin with through the persistence of human 'cleverness' was given the meaning.
Wait so is this really still left unsolved? I think the mystery is pointing to the path V should choose...which definitely points to V going with ALT....Your born anew as well as Johnny. And well you forgot to include the clue from a Delamain clone when you set them "free" during that mission. Hexagram 61 line 5...and that states.....the demand of the times prevail...to fix another's mistake without question or criticism is honorable. This message comes after setting them free so I think it's for V to set him/herself free. Polyhistor leaves, the monk leaves, and Gary is taken! And at the same time your fixing Johnny's mistake. Seeing as this mission was.there from the beginning and hasn't changed then the dev was always right! And for phantom liberty which is new, this might be the advice needed to complete that playthrough...which is to fix So MI's mistake! Taking this path also leads you to Mr Blue Eyes again! It s all connected and thats the point...This has to do with the blackwall! No doubt in my mind...I always thought the story to Cyberpunk was alil weak....Not in storytelling but In overall concept...you know for an action game! But that's when it hit me that this is a tragedy....V is going to die! This clue is helping you decide what you want to deal with and die on your terms...or ascend higher! (Going with ALT) and this is def just a sidestory in what is the world of cyberpunk...If there are a huge colony of humans living a simulation then that could be the story for the sequel! The Rouge AI behind the Blackwall takes control of that place controlled by the blue eyes...and well V comes to you to help save the world! And all the secrets of the world is revealed! 😂😂 just a theory that makes sense All in all there are still many clues to this and I think this just has to do with the major storyline going forward a clue that's like a foreshadow! I mean you still got Misty dreamcatcher...must be a way or secret way to interact with it...Seeing as polyhistor had dreams that might be a clue! But the color magenta is the clue in and of itself! The statue and the monks...it points to hinduism...Buddhism is the trick down the wrong path! Magenta is very significant in hindu! And represents the 8th Chakra! The soul star! Very fitting for a game with the term "soul killer"! This surrounds V's choice in the game! What will you do with your soul! And this clue hints at you choosing to ascend it! So this mix with Delamain message is both found in "vanilla" cyberpunk and hints to a choice! Magenta is to ascend with ALT and Hexagram61 line 5 is of course leaving your body to Johnny! So you ascend, fix someone mistake, and rebirth in one choice! No future Trust no one turn back! These are the choices you should avoid! And if you do it leaves you with just one ending! Fear the reaper! Remember this whole time your dying! Your literally running from the reaper the whole game! And well in truth V did die! V seeing stuff shows that they are not supposed to be there! and I believe was resurrected for a higher purpose! Maybe by a rouge AI or something else...Mr Blue eyes is def the watcher and he sees you...He's designed just like mr.smith...The blackwall might be the story going forward!
Regarding the Polyhistor, I'm pausing the video at 1:05:39 just so I don't forget the idea I get the mystery is pretty heavily meta and might spam two different video games universes, but regarding its relationship to Cyberpunk specifically it seems like narratively this could be the doings of an AI. The deeper into the net you go the weirder it gets. Murphy got to see bartmoss go off the deep end and crash the net. This is super similar to Lovecraftian horror. In fact, Maximum Mike talks about an old friend (possibly Murphy) telling him about how the net is actually hell. Seeing as how Witcher is fantasy, and Cyberpunk's more supernatural stuff are usually tied in some way to the net, I wonder if the play here is that there's an AI that can see beyond the vale of our monitors, but can only interact with the universes of the witcher and cyberpunk.

Yea, it pisses me off. I pay way too much attention to vocal patterns and inflections in audiobook narrators and even tv shows and movies. This is one of the most annoying I've heard. I love this video otherwise though.

I’m not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but the symbol on the FF:06:B5 statues is the *exact same* as the Relic/Mikoshi symbol, which implies that whatever the real nature and solution to this mystery is, it’s highly related to Mikoshi and Arasaka.
I believe there’s still cave and mine systems under the night city map where they planned on having them, they’re still visible but it’s just barren and empty
Saburo's sword and dagger have vampiric properties. But you're right, Cyberpunk the TTRPG have vampires, werewolves, animal-heads and elves, through gene-splicing, body-sculpting, RealSkin™ and cosmetic surgery.
Not to erm achkually, but Cyberpunk RED, the current edition of the tabletop game, HAS "vampires" It's a piece of cyberware installed in the mouth, and there's a gang of them. Vampires in Cyberpunk have nothing to do with the Witcher.

It's kind of crazy that nobody has followed the clues about Lassotool, which can be found all over Night City. For example, in the northwest near the crane, where the bridge is interrupted, there is the Lassotool clue written on the walls. There is also a black sun drawn on the opposite wall, which is supposed to represent the moon or sun and therefore the transition between day and night. If you stand on the mattress between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m., you can see the moon setting along the mountain range. Close to the bridge is a lake with floating dolls. It is easiest to find at night as it is brightly lit by floodlights. If you screenshot this lake from the air and draw a line around it using the lasso tool, you will get a rough outline of the entire map. The white spotlight represents the position of the lake, the orange spotlight the area where the mattress can be found. The mattress could therefore already be found before patch 2.0.
1:21:36 I wonder if the newer content was planned for the original release but was cut. Maybe the '60 years' is a reference to a planned release year (2017) but after years of setbacks on just CP77, whatever that release year was referencing is now pushed to 2027 (50 years), and the note was simply updated once they realized the original text from writing this content years ago (even tho this content wasn't implemented) was still in that message. Perhaps further clues explaining the mystery will be resolved in a new game from CDPR in 2027? Witcher and Cyberpunk universes are linked, and CDPR has their own IP in development... It also feels like most of this new content was just to poke and meta-reference redditors and youtubers trying to solve this mystery.
This is gonna sound so dumb and idk if anyone will even see this comment months after the fact but here- what if(and hear me out on this simplicity/stupidity which doesn't even make sense considering the context of "knowing it and not having doubts") FF:06:B5 is a release date for a future CDPR game, most likely a witcher game bc of all the involved references and potential development time. hear me out- FF would be equivalent to 162. There are 26 letters in the alphabet. F is the 6th. FF would represent the 6th cycle of the full alphabet with the second F being an additional 6=> 26x6 +6=162, which the julian date for is June 11th. Cool, now we know FF is 162, which is June 11. The second 06 would be confirmation of the month- the 6th month of the year is June. Now, B5 would quite simply be 25, short for 2025 with B being the second letter of the alphabet. All of this leads to some release planned for June 11, 2025. I'm halfway through the video and I'm surprised I haven't seen the ancient alchemical process mentioned so far :0 Ouroboros is closely tied to ancient alchemical concepts, and one of the stages named in the 'Magnum Opus,' or 'the great work,' is rubedo, meaning redness. The Magnum Opus is supposed to be a guide on transmutation, paired with the likes of the emerald tablet; and after listening to Aeramas' notes, I am strongly reminded again of the 4 stages of the transmutation process (Nigredo/blackening, Albedo/whitening, Citrinitas/yellowing, and Rubedo/reddening). I don't think it's a coincidence that magenta and ouroboros are seen together in the Witcher franchise; I also think it's worth noting that Carl Jung also had a deep interest in ancient alchemy and how the stages of the Magnum Opus could represent stages of human development and growth. Carl Jung compares the stage Rubedo, or reddening of the materials you're working with- to represent man's urge to dominate over the nature of this world. In Cyberpunk 2077, we witness a nonstop portrayal of humans trying to evolve, better themselves, and reach beyond the limitations of their natural body. + A REFERENCE TO THE DEMIURGE? A GNOSTIC CONCEPT ALSO TIED TO ALCHEMY?
I think we’ve been bamboozled by the old man, and his son, the fact Adam Smasher knew we were behind the glass watching speaks volumes.. then Takamura putting a bullet in big boys head- the cherry on top? Is the words spoken to Johnny before being thrown on a relic.. “there’s things far more frightening than death.” I think the entire thing is about the old man Arasaka, and trying to be immortal.. it was all a misdirection, we were setup from the beginning.. we aren’t important.. just a shell for the construct, and Johnny is there only due to his punishment being far worse.. by the hands of old man Arasaka, because of the act of terror committed that killed family, and other business people that were valuable.. but, in the end it’s only for an old man’s vanity of wanting to live forever.
I find it crazy that anyone would come up with these crazy mysteries in any game this is an insane amount of work to come up with a good mystery for players to figure out.

Haven't played CP77 myself, but I love deep lore/theory dives like this. However, at 2:05 you split Night City into a grid to identify the locations of the statues... and then this grid doesn't seem to be referenced again in the video. This is such a simple idea that someone _must_ have tried it, but I searched the FF06B5 subreddit with no results and don't see anything on the wiki, so: Has anyone tried to grid out the game map (0-F along both axis) and check the cells for FF, 06, and B5? I did a _very_ rough grid using the official online map; the three cells appear to be empty, but triangulating them seemed to land roughly on what your video labels as F5, with the smallest of the statues (2:35). This could well be a coincidence, but once more I don't recall that statue being mentioned again in the video. Can this small statue be moved at all, or does it relocate at some point in the game? The fact that the colons are baked into the model, but _not_ the sequence, suggests to me that the sequence can change. If this _isn't_ a coincidence, and the statue can be moved (or does move), then FF06B5 on the far more obvious "Prime" statue could be pointing the player to the smaller, moving statue which, after or as it moves, changes to another set of coordinates to be triangulated. If the vision at 56:30 is the proper resolution to this puzzle, then perhaps the smaller statue's second set of cells points to that location.
Magenta is also the color that a computer will default to to render a mesh when it hasn’t been provided with shaders, materials, or textures. Such graphics will appear as self-illuminated, solid magenta. For that reason, any graphics found being in the ballpark of magenta should be considered as possibly just being glitched and being an unintentional red herring.
After doing the corpo ending, I get what Gary is talking about when he yaps about Saburo Arasaka not being "gone from our world" and "resting in the family crypt" waiting for his "body rejuvenation" (I'm late to the party but I did not wanted to get Hanako's help in my previous runs).
Is it just me, or are the symbols, poping up around the ouroboros at the start of the vision cutsceene at the coordinates, placed quite the same as the eye at Mistys? Maybe the sequence they pop up is related to the sequence the eye needs to be read? And the symbols themselves somehow corelate with the way you need to read it? Have no clue how would F F V Q B Z alter the way you read the eye... But it can't be a coincidence since the sequence appears on the symbol in the wraight dungeon as well.

FF:06:B5 translated to interger format is: 255 06 181. 255 as an integer is significant in programming because it's where things stop making sense computationally. 06 as an integer signifies a balance between physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. 181 is a (the 42nd (coincidence, I think not (the answer to Life, the Universe, and Everything))) prime number that is palindromic, strobogrammatic, and dihedral number. So, the closer you get to imbalance, the further you are from...well...balance? I dunno, I pulled this out of my ass in five minutes with Wikipedia.

the FPS video game at the top floor was the truth. Johnny's mind was merged with Blackhand and the true backstory is known. All of the flashbacks in the game are actually the story of Johnny and Backhand merged together by the chip. Johnny had the chip put in his brain by Rogue just before Jonny died in the tower, then the chip was placed in Backhand's brain after the bomb by Yorinobu (yes, that was Blackhand's memory, not Johnny's). Blackhand was the one who planted the bomb and fought Adam Smasher. Then, in a twist, V is told his/her true story. Just a character in a video game. Magenta is also a special color thrust into the color wheel - just like Johnny and Backhand - thrust into V's mind.
24:35 The monk in the center has an enneagram symbol upon his chest. The enneagram is a personality type test to designate people into one of 9 total distinct personalities. He also has the Mannaz rune (humanity/manhood) in scarlet rope upon his chest. The symbolism here is VERY intentional, as it is the front and center monk at prime, as well as symbolism that places commentary upon humanity, individual choice, and fate. Perhaps I am reading far into this, but it would be hard to wave away such large, specific symbols away from being placed upon the same person that is always at the statue.
I kinda understand why the developers laughed about the mystery. I actually got the Demiurge by accident back around patch 1.3 time. I liked role playing a lot and I spent a lot of time at the protein farm exploring stuff looking for Johnny silverhands body. Eventually I ended up going to the badlands and I found the random couch. I stood on top of it and just hung out role-playing crouched I place. I lost interest and looked at my phone and music on my laptop then the animation where V collapses happened and I got the demiurge. I ended up trying to get it on another playthrough later but I completely forgot how I did it I just remembered goofing off on the couch I looked everywhere I got over it. Eventually it was linked with a obscure sub quest its so funny :)
1:12:10 I just figured it out. It's DM + TV. David Martinez is the protagonist of the cyberpunk TV show. Mystery solved. Lol Edit: I was kind of joking, but the main colors used in the cyberpunk anime are yellow and cyan.... MAGENTA YELLOW AND CYAN make up the CMY color wheel. And a wheel is kind of like ouroboros. I don't know there's something there.
The devs being SO vague with their comments and the way they kept building upon this to turn it into something 'solvable' makes me think that there was some kind of cut content or an error associated with why the code was even there, and then they played coy about it, 'cause there was no way they were going to come out and say "oh it's nothing, actually" after seeing players get super invested into the mystery code.

There's also the factor that cyber punk has a diverged timeline between it's far more destroyed version, which may be the reality of the world hidden from people.. Of course, the mystery could literally be anything.
If the statue is displaying the ID number for a product, maybe V is INside the the arasaka chip? Maybe all of night city is a simulation that he’s been placed in. Maybe it’s the real Mikoshi
with the announcement of the witcher 4 i would imagine a 2027 release, which would link back to the statement of the game being 50 years old. I expect this to continue into W4 and maybe we'll find an answer there.
The vampire theory could tie in to cut content, there was suppose to be a underground network of tunnels and a society that were described as (cyber) vampires by (ex) CDPR devs when leaks about the game first started to appear. Some radio stations talk about it too, maybe it's somehow connected to that but has never been realised.
After watching this I realize I'm way to stupid to ever figure this mystery out. That being said, i've always thought that this game was heavily related to the Matrix. Like Night City being the first above ground city the survivors of Zion built after the events that concluded Matrix: Revolutions (ie. Johnny Silverhand blowing up Arasaka Tower) Johnny Silverhand's Engram is the remnants of Neo's conscious/soul digitized. The ones behind the scenes controlling the politicians could be some form of Agent Smith or the Architect trying to take control again. The Monks with no cybernetics could've been born in the real world like Tank & Dozer, while others with cybernetics were freed from the pods. Brain-dances are ways of tapping into the Matrix for pleasure, Like Mouse creating the "Lady in Red" program.
What if this glitch wasn't due to V slotting in the relic but connecting to Sandra dorsett? We get sick and have to see Vik the next day but what if he misses something? What if the ai's have been watching v since the beginning? And what happens after you visit Vik? You see the first bakeneko..
Anybody else think the Arasaka arcade game is outright saying Morgan Blackhand survived? Sure Johnny is blamed and on the Relic… but Johnny didn’t make it out of the tower after getting shot by Smasher. In the official lore, Morgan Blackhand was last seen fighting Smasher on the roof… but nobody in 2077 seems to remember him.
I wonder if anyone tried to run Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk at the same time on PC to try to solve it, or try to swap discs on console. Like try to get to the wall symbol in W3 at 4am with cyberpunk in the background.

Where would Saburo Arasaka be keeping a crypt? Certainly not under his own house- but Arasaka headquarters, far beneath what's normally accessible? It's possible there could be something in Mikoshi. One would have to check past the walls for a door. Noclip could help there, no code necessary.
Isn't this just a reference to Engram Johnny's incorrect memory. the dream sequence where you reenact the bombing is basically a fantasy and the main clue that it's completely wrong is the Concert scene happens about a decade after the band was already discontinued.

This is a very elaborate way to justify their Witcher 3 references in Cyberpunk 2077. Since Ciri has the capacity to travel through both time and space, yet only 'mastered' the capacity to travel through space, perhaps this is designed to wrap up how she figured out how to time-travel as well. All those sensors and laptops out in the boonies reminded me immediately of the polished crystals mages would utilize to communicate across vast distances.

There is a rogue Delamain cab which mentions something about "talking to someone from another world". He states that it means the bridge between AI and Humanity IIRC, but you could also take it in context of 'the watcher', maybe AIs are just more keyed into what's going on and that particular delamain cab figured it out. The is another cab that speaks exclusively in GLaDOS direct quotes from Portal 1 and Portal 2, which could be considered another world too, if it wasn't a game in the 2077 universe years ago.
I think the hex code being an actual missing texture in text form is more then a stretch. Obviously not an engine thing, but had the developers meant that from the start, it would be a bit weird, as that is simply not how games work and they know that full well. Not to mention the code doesn't directly match the missing texture colour IIRC. I think that if it does allude to the missing texture colour, then it is an in universe version, where those more in the know about what is going on, who have perhaps seen such missing textures in real life (real to them anyway), and made a statue in awe of the realisation or in hopes of subtly leading certain ones to the truth.
It's actually the voice actress who plays GlaDOS doing those portal quotes too.
All of the rogue delamains are references to rogue AIs from popular media. Pretty sure that one was just a reference to the robot dude from Doom, talking about beings from other dimensions and whatnot

I think it's kinda funny. A game that sort of delves into the theme of existentialism here they've seeminly dropped in some sort of secret that probably just had no meaning to begin with through the persistence of human 'cleverness' was given the meaning.

Wait so is this really still left unsolved? I think the mystery is pointing to the path V should choose...which definitely points to V going with ALT....Your born anew as well as Johnny. And well you forgot to include the clue from a Delamain clone when you set them "free" during that mission. Hexagram 61 line 5...and that states.....the demand of the times prevail...to fix another's mistake without question or criticism is honorable. This message comes after setting them free so I think it's for V to set him/herself free. Polyhistor leaves, the monk leaves, and Gary is taken! And at the same time your fixing Johnny's mistake. Seeing as this mission was.there from the beginning and hasn't changed then the dev was always right! And for phantom liberty which is new, this might be the advice needed to complete that playthrough...which is to fix So MI's mistake! Taking this path also leads you to Mr Blue Eyes again! It s all connected and thats the point...This has to do with the blackwall! No doubt in my mind...I always thought the story to Cyberpunk was alil weak....Not in storytelling but In overall concept...you know for an action game! But that's when it hit me that this is a tragedy....V is going to die! This clue is helping you decide what you want to deal with and die on your terms...or ascend higher! (Going with ALT) and this is def just a sidestory in what is the world of cyberpunk...If there are a huge colony of humans living a simulation then that could be the story for the sequel! The Rouge AI behind the Blackwall takes control of that place controlled by the blue eyes...and well V comes to you to help save the world! And all the secrets of the world is revealed! 😂😂 just a theory that makes sense
All in all there are still many clues to this and I think this just has to do with the major storyline going forward a clue that's like a foreshadow! I mean you still got Misty dreamcatcher...must be a way or secret way to interact with it...Seeing as polyhistor had dreams that might be a clue!
But the color magenta is the clue in and of itself! The statue and the monks...it points to hinduism...Buddhism is the trick down the wrong path! Magenta is very significant in hindu! Magenta is to ascend with ALT and Hexagram61 line 5 is of course leaving your body to Johnny! So you ascend, fix someone mistake, and rebirth in one choice! No future Trust no one turn back! These are the choices you should avoid! And if you do it leaves you with just one ending! Fear the reaper! Remember this whole time your dying! Your literally running from the reaper the whole game! And well in truth V did die! V seeing stuff shows that they are not supposed to be there! and I believe was resurrected for a higher purpose! I get the mystery is pretty heavily meta and might spam two different video games universes, but regarding its relationship to Cyberpunk specifically it seems like narratively this could be the doings of an AI.
The deeper into the net you go the weirder it gets. Murphy got to see bartmoss go off the deep end and crash the net. This is super similar to Lovecraftian horror. In fact, Maximum Mike talks about an old friend (possibly Murphy) telling him about how the net is actually hell.
Seeing as how Witcher is fantasy, and Cyberpunk's more supernatural stuff are usually tied in some way to the net, I wonder if the play here is that there's an AI that can see beyond the vale of our monitors, but can only interact with the universes of the witcher and cyberpunk.

Vampires were suppose to be in cyberpunk 2077. If they hadn't axed that idea they would have been from the Witcher.

It's kind of crazy that nobody has followed the clues about Lassotool, which can be found all over Night City. For example, in the northwest near the crane, where the bridge is interrupted, there is the Lassotool clue written on the walls. There is also a black sun drawn on the opposite wall, which is supposed to represent the moon or sun and therefore the transition between day and night. If you stand on the mattress between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m., you can see the moon setting along the mountain range. Close to the bridge is a lake with floating dolls. It is easiest to find at night as it is brightly lit by floodlights. If you screenshot this lake from the air and draw a line around it using the lasso tool, you will get a rough outline of the entire map. The white spotlight represents the position of the lake, the orange spotlight the area where the mattress can be found. The mattress could therefore already be found before patch 2.0.

Maybe the '60 years' is a reference to a planned release year (2017) but after years of setbacks on just CP77, whatever that release year was referencing is now pushed to 2027 (50 years), and the note was simply updated once they realized the original text from writing this content years ago (even tho this content wasn't implemented) was still in that message. Perhaps further clues explaining the mystery will be resolved in a new game from CDPR in 2027? Witcher and Cyberpunk universes are linked, and CDPR has their own IP in development...

I spent years investigating this and I can tell you this, it made me love the game even more.
This is gonna sound so dumb and idk if anyone will even see this comment months after the fact but here- what if(and hear me out on this simplicity/stupidity which doesn't even make sense considering the context of "knowing it and not having doubts") FF:06:B5 is a release date for a future CDPR game, most likely a witcher game bc of all the involved references and potential development time. hear me out- FF would be equivalent to 162. There are 26 letters in the alphabet. F is the 6th. FF would represent the 6th cycle of the full alphabet with the second F being an additional 6=> 26x6 +6=162, which the julian date for is June 11th. Cool, now we know FF is 162, which is June 11. The second 06 would be confirmation of the month- the 6th month of the year is June. Now, B5 would quite simply be 25, short for 2025 with B being the second letter of the alphabet. All of this leads to some release planned for June 11, 2025. Maybe I'm a madman, and I'm finding connections where there are none, but IF they reveal a release date for Jun 11, 2025, you BETTER remember my name and what I shared here today haha

The Magnum Opus is supposed to be a guide on transmutation, paired with the likes of the emerald tablet; and after listening to Aeramas' notes, I am strongly reminded again of the 4 stages of the transmutation process (Nigredo/blackening, Albedo/whitening, Citrinitas/yellowing, and Rubedo/reddening).
I don't think it's a coincidence that magenta and ouroboros are seen together in the Witcher franchise; I also think it's worth noting that Carl Jung also had a deep interest in ancient alchemy and how the stages of the Magnum Opus could represent stages of human development and growth. Carl Jung compares the stage Rubedo, or reddening of the materials you're working with- to represent man's urge to dominate over the nature of this world.

I think the entire thing is about the old man Arasaka, and trying to be immortal.. it was all a misdirection, we were setup from the beginning.. we aren’t important.. just a shell for the construct, and Johnny is there only due to his punishment being far worse.. by the hands of old man Arasaka, because of the act of terror committed that killed family, and other business people that were valuable.. but, in the end it’s only for an old man’s vanity of wanting to live forever.

Haven't played CP77 myself, but I love deep lore/theory dives like this. However, at 2:05 you split Night City into a grid to identify the locations of the statues... and then this grid doesn't seem to be referenced again in the video. This is such a simple idea that someone _must_ have tried it, but I searched the FF06B5 subreddit with no results and don't see anything on the wiki, so: Has anyone tried to grid out the game map (0-F along both axis) and check the cells for FF, 06, and B5?
I did a _very_ rough grid using the official online map; the three cells appear to be empty, but triangulating them seemed to land roughly on what your video labels as F5, with the smallest of the statues (2:35). This could well be a coincidence, but once more I don't recall that statue being mentioned again in the video. Can this small statue be moved at all, or does it relocate at some point in the game? The fact that the colons are baked into the model, but _not_ the sequence, suggests to me that the sequence can change. If this _isn't_ a coincidence, and the statue can be moved (or does move), then FF06B5 on the far more obvious "Prime" statue could be pointing the player to the smaller, moving statue which, after or as it moves, changes to another set of coordinates to be triangulated. If the vision at 56:30 is the proper resolution to this puzzle, then perhaps the smaller statue's second set of cells points to that location.
Magenta is also the color that a computer will default to to render a mesh when it hasn’t been provided with shaders, materials, or textures. Such graphics will appear as self-illuminated, solid magenta. For that reason, any graphics found being in the ballpark of magenta should be considered as possibly just being glitched and being an unintentional red herring.
After doing the corpo ending, I get what Gary is talking about when he yaps about Saburo Arasaka not being "gone from our world" and "resting in the family crypt" waiting for his "body rejuvenation" (I'm late to the party but I did not wanted to get Hanako's help in my previous runs).
Is it just me, or are the symbols, poping up around the ouroboros at the start of the vision cutsceene at the coordinates, placed quite the same as the eye at Mistys? Maybe the sequence they pop up is related to the sequence the eye needs to be read? And the symbols themselves somehow corelate with the way you need to read it?

the FPS video game at the top floor was the truth. Johnny's mind was merged with Blackhand and the true backstory is known. All of the flashbacks in the game are actually the story of Johnny and Backhand merged together by the chip. Johnny had the chip put in his brain by Rogue just before Jonny died in the tower, then the chip was placed in Backhand's brain after the bomb by Yorinobu (yes, that was Blackhand's memory, not Johnny's). Blackhand was the one who planted the bomb and fought Adam Smasher. Then, in a twist, V is told his/her true story. Just a character in a video game. Magenta is also a special color thrust into the color wheel - just like Johnny and Backhand - thrust into V's mind.

I kinda understand why the developers laughed about the mystery. I actually got the Demiurge by accident back around patch 1.3 time. I liked role playing a lot and I spent a lot of time at the protein farm exploring stuff looking for Johnny silverhands body. Eventually I ended up going to the badlands and I found the random couch. I stood on top of it and just hung out role-playing crouched I place. I lost interest and looked at my phone and music on my laptop then the animation where V collapses happened and I got the demiurge. I ended up trying to get it on another playthrough later but I completely forgot how I did it I just remembered goofing off on the couch I looked everywhere I got over it. Eventually it was linked with a obscure sub quest its so funny :)

Edit: I was kind of joking, but the main colors used in the cyberpunk anime are yellow and cyan.... MAGENTA YELLOW AND CYAN make up the CMY color wheel. And a wheel is kind of like ouroboros. I don't know there's something there.

The devs being SO vague with their comments and the way they kept building upon this to turn it into something 'solvable' makes me think that there was some kind of cut content or an error associated with why the code was even there, and then they played coy about it, 'cause there was no way they were going to come out and say "oh it's nothing, actually" after seeing players get super invested into the mystery code.

There's also the factor that cyber punk has a diverged timeline between it's far more destroyed version, which may be the reality of the world hidden from people.. Of course, the mystery could literally be anything.

with the announcement of the witcher 4 i would imagine a 2027 release, which would link back to the statement of the game being 50 years old. I expect this to continue into W4 and maybe we'll find an answer there.

The vampire theory could tie in to cut content, there was suppose to be a underground network of tunnels and a society that were described as (cyber) vampires by (ex) CDPR devs when leaks about the game first started to appear. Some radio stations talk about it too, maybe it's somehow connected to that but has never been realised.
After watching this I realize I'm way to stupid to ever figure this mystery out. That being said, i've always thought that this game was heavily related to the Matrix. Like Night City being the first above ground city the survivors of Zion built after the events that concluded Matrix: Revolutions (ie. Johnny Silverhand blowing up Arasaka Tower) Johnny Silverhand's Engram is the remnants of Neo's conscious/soul digitized.
The ones behind the scenes controlling the politicians could be some form of Agent Smith or the Architect trying to take control again.

Anybody else think the Arasaka arcade game is outright saying Morgan Blackhand survived? Sure Johnny is blamed and on the Relic… but Johnny didn’t make it out of the tower after getting shot by Smasher. In the official lore, Morgan Blackhand was last seen fighting Smasher on the roof… but nobody in 2077 seems to remember him.
