What??? Saudia SV115 goes the opposite from Jeddah to LHR. So it can’t be.
I am considering Saudi to bkk via Jeddah from Manchester business class. Looks nice and I read very good generous luggage allowance
Enjoy your trip! Saudia have significantly improved so I'm sure you will enjoy it. The transit experience in JED is decent as well

Saudi Airlines is no longer fly from Heathrow Terminal 2 however they have moved to terminal 4 in Heathrow Airport 😅
Did you have to wear a mask or was it just your choice?
Being no alcohol is there a good choice of tasty drinks?
Lastly is there many modern movies on the IFE?

Wearing a mask is now voluntary. I had removed my mask once I boarded.
Drinks wise I’d say the date smoothie was incredible. Apart from that, soft drinks, juices, still/sparkling water is available. Cappuccino/latte, etc were also available.
There are a good amount of modern/western movies and shows to watch but they do have Arabic subtitles - not sure if subtitles can be disabled.

It looks like the gear was down while passing the clouds during climb out?? The shadow clearly showed the nose and main landing gear 😮

How much did the ticket cost
I got a business class ticket Paris to Bangkok £1700 return January to march a grand cheaper than any other airline
Unfortunately the ground staff at Riyad , that let everybody onboard without even checking passports or doing priority boarding , and non exsisting customer care , delay in luggage … so not much to be hyping about
Saudia cant and will never be able to compete against big three. So they need to always play smart and keep the ticket prices always 10-20% cheaper on their premium destinations.
I wouldn’t write them off ( coming from someone living in Saudi )
Over the years they have made significant improvements which I have noticed. Of course these improvements are still ongoing so I am expecting more changes over the coming months and years.
@@ZuhairFarouk being dry airline is big disadvantage. So thats why playing smartly is an neccessity. Big three have invested heavily on their inflight comfort service incomparision Saudia isnt have yet.
