great info but i invested in Portillo with blu terrenas, I think Portillo offers more upscale crowd. popi and ballenas are a little run down because like you said is closer to the action and more people are driven to it which makes it cheaper and less desirable. it really depends your point of view and the type of investment you want.
Since my video I am seeing more potential there. I like it closer to LT though. This side of Porto restaurant. Feel other way is a little higher risk. But over all portillo is starting to happen quicker than I thought.
All really depends on the the buyers needs and wants. What drives them. Where would love to live. Everyone is different. What's great about Lt is there is something for everyone. All ages all incomes all desires and wants.
I'm a little concerned a unit renting on Blu Terrenas. Project is huge over 1350 Apts.
Where on a map is the spot you first filmed at. The no vehicle sign off the dirt road. Will be there in 2 weeks and want to visit

This is one place I'd never want to live .The driving here is insane and I thought it was bad in Sosua but this is ten times worse.And the grocery stores are so packed with people and it cost so much more for food than it does in Sosua. If your looking for a place to buy a villa and retire look into sosua area.

There are many macro factors outside of this that lead me to respectfully disagree. Really depends on the stage of life you are at ... do you bave kids...what do you like ...
My manager for example went there recently and said she would never go back....the drugs and prostitution was really out in the open. That's something i have heard from alot of ppl. This is one of the reasons I have had countless clients leave there and come here to LT. Just what I am hearing on the ground here
