I love the view, it's a beautiful property, but with horrible layout, two bathrooms right next to each other, that is like gas station's bathroom, I didn't see any bathroom for the pool or living room, it would be great to build a Jack and Jill bathroom between the two bedrooms. Parking boats up next to your house is not something done here as there is alot of coral reef around LT and it is all protected.

Overpriced property for D.R. That villa should not be more than 700k. These guys are reaping off folks in the states who don't know much about real estate in the D.R.
This is a one of a kind ocean front property. It is sold now for asking price. In Windsor Canada my home town - you can't touch Waterfront as in. Small river not ocean and no beach for less than 1.5 to 1.7. This would be just land too...relative to where you are from would dictate whether this is alot or little. I respect your opinion but it is totally relative to where you are from...quality of life you pursue...needs and wants. But mostly relative to where you live now. Love Where You Live
