@@toniserevino5969 He was trying to impress MT's mother and family but he did nothing but ramble total nonsense throughout the whole trial and I don't think any of his motions were granted. I found him to be extremely annoying and he spoke to some of the prosecutor's witnesses in a very condescending manner. He certainly didn't impress me but Attorney's McGuiness & Manning did an excellent job.

Or maybe she's embarrassed to be accused of something she's not guilty of. No one who is innocent wants to see her/his face on national television accused of being guilty of such a horrible crime. I would hide under the table and wear a mask and sunglasses if I was accused of something I didn't do.

Fotis would not kill his estrange wife if there was no jealous, greedy mistress involved.
MT motivated Fotis to committed murder & destroyed Jennifer ‘s body.
    She was definite his partner.
This mistress was an expert to manipulate him to kill.
She demanded Futos to moved in to live with Jennifer’ children so later she will manage & control the children’s inherit empire wealth.
MT is an Evil, jealousy & greedy mistress.
Thank you so much for a great closing arguments from the two 2 excellent prosecutors.

I have listened to this 3 times, and I just heard the word, CONDUCT. MT definitely showed that her conduct was in line with knowing Fotis's intent, and her conduct, to help him tamper with evidence, sealed it for the jurors. She lied from day ONE, and continued to lie. I hope her family can understand how her conduct, made her look culpable.

All those details were meant to distract. I'm sure she hoped the police would be distracted by her beauty ( term used loosely) and ignore the evidence implicating her. But it didn't work. They stuck to the task at hand and she lied. The most telling thing for me is her need to hire a different attorney. Why didn't she stick with Atty Bowman who represented her when she was first arrested? My guess is he didn't think the ounce of notoriety was worth ruining his 40 yr career, for someone who even he could tell, was guilty.
