I don't have Vocaloid 6 at the moment, so I may just be missing something; but may I ask what you use for whispering? It's always been frustrating for me as a V4 user, since I (as of now) use Charsiesis which is a bit unintuitive. Nonetheless, I'm excited to see what you make in the future~
For the whispering, I simply moved the Air and Breathiness sliders all the way up, which I believe can be done in V5 and V6. I'm not sure how to recreate this in V4 ^^; I will let you know if I find anything other than Charsiesis!
