I would have liked for a series of subtle changes once Vaas died all the way up to the end. Like for example, a slight change in Jasons' mindset, Later the hands model change without notice to vaas hands (bandages etc etc...) Then Jason is wearing Vaas cloths, Then the voice changes to Vaas, Then people just addressee you as Vaas, Then you realise you killed Jason, and are Vaas, Then you end the game with Jason coming up to you, killing you in the exact same matter. That way the game would be an endless loop of insanity never knowing who killed who, where Vaas ends and where Jason starts, if they are one in the same? I really like the story for what it is, but I wished they pushed the insanity much much more.

He wasn't included in the original plan at all. Michael Mando's performance made them create the character. Be glad we got him at all.
