    Tahini cookies
    Ingredients List:
    Three cups of flour
    Two tablespoons of granulated sugar
    Two tablespoons of butter (50 g)
    Two eggs
    Two tablespoons of vinegar
    One tablespoon of yogurt
    Half a teacup of sunflower oil
    A pack of baking powder
    For the filling:
    A teacup of tahini
    A teacup of granulated sugar
    A cup of walnuts
    Preparation:
    We mix flour, baking powder, sugar together in the mixing bowl and open the middle, we put flower oil, butter, yogurt, egg and vinegar into it, and we beat it starting from the middle, until we get a dough soft as an earlobe but yet slightly hard. We cover the dough and rest it for 10 minutes. Then roll it out with a roller, we sprinkle tahini, sugar and walnuts and roll it thinly on the counter, as I show in the video. Starting from one end we wrap the rolled out dough in a roll shape sprinkling flour on it. Apply egg yolk, sprinkle sesame on it, slice it into a diagonal and bake it in a preheated 170 degree oven.
    My cookie has cooked in about an hour, but the baking duration may vary in each oven, I recommend you to keep an eye on it.
    You can put it in your children's lunchbox, it's rich in vitamin and nutritious, and it's a nice cookie that you can serve at tea time.
