I am always so impressed with the absolute understanding, compassion, and lack of judgment you approach each job with. The amount of respect I have for your work is enormous.
To be fair, a big factor to consider is also the small size of Japanese homes. 2:30 I personally have twice the amount of stuff than in that room. But my American home have basements, attics, 3+ large closets, etc to store everything. If Americans had to live in Japanese size homes, I promise you, most will also look like in this video.
Real! Eu moro no interior do Japão e tenho muitas coisas (também tenhos muitas bonecas e bichinhos de pelúcia), mas por minha casa ter 2 andares e 60m2 nao fica bagunçado porque há espaço!
You must keep an amount of possessions suitable for the size of your living space. Unfortunately, too many items in too small of a space can be unhealthy and indicative of hoarding! xc
I live in a house in the UK that is classed as a Victorian cottage and we have to always think about where to/if we can store everything when shopping as space is very limited compared to say the average American home. Japanese homes in the suburbs are much larger than the studio apartment in this video but definitely not US sized.
she is really pretty and has such a pure soul. i’m so glad she’s found friends that love and support her, a guardian figure who can guide her through her life andgender identity experiences and that she’s found a job that makes her happy. self expression is clearly super important to her and i think she expresses it in really lovely ways :) i’ve only just reached the part where she’s checking out all the tidy rooms but i hope she has more areas to put her dolls and makeup and clothing. she deserves to be able to have those things in a clean and tidy home. wishing her all the best💚🩷💚🩷
It’s so wonderful to see that a country like Japan, these cleaning service people, are giving back to the LGBTQ+ community and helping them without judging, it was very refreshing and restored a little bit of hope in humanity
this made me so happy. idk abt her, but with how her house look the first time, all I can think of is some serious mental health issues which I was in or maybe still am in. to see the end of this video and see her trying her best to keep her house as clean as possible, it just made me so happy.
Japanese society is very hard… people isolate others, friendships are not real and people find solace in consumerism… I found myself falling for it out of boredom and loneliness…I didn’t get to this level of hoarding, but I felt my apartment had too many small and useless things, and it is being very hard to clean because there is not a good donation system in Japan… everything is so bureaucratic… in my country I would just ask people to come to my house and take everything or I would donate to charity.
Those are people with high depression which they lost the sense and ability to keep place and themselves clean. However, Saki-chan is a normal person with a good living, with group of friends and have dream job, hobby and doll collection. For me, I like to fill shelf with art books.
Yeah, it's those Japanese shoebox rooms that make it seem like it's something to be concerned about, whereas if you were to take everything out of your wardrobe and bring everything in your living room into your bedroom, unless you're a millionaire, your room would look like hers
I love this episode and how the team helped, but what I love most is all the cute outfits I see Saki-san wear. No wonder she wants to keep a lot of clothes!
Oh you have english version of the channel now? wow i'm so glad :) the automatic subtitles on the japanese channel was not always the best, this is much better :)
If I lived in Japan, I would hire this company in a heartbeat. They really show that they can be trusted to handle people's property carefully and mindfully, and do a perfect job making things look new. I would rarely want to hire cleaning services where I live bc I can't trust that things won't get damaged... I am bad at dusting and clutter even in my larger home, it must be really hard to keep a small space tidy... in America homes and apartments are usually much larger so the clutter is not as obvious. I'm really happy that there was a good ending for the client and even the dolls that were given up!!
My room is sort of like this. I keep the rest of my house clean and mostly tidy but my room is a place i went through some trauma so it is filled with lots of stuff and much of it i no longer even use. I wish i could clean it up but it is too much for me alone with my disability. I am glad you were able to help her ❤
@@shafixnoteThat would generally be good advice but the thing about trauma is that such a big thing happened that it affects you day to day. It's impossible to "let it go" without a lot of time and mental health help.
@@shafixnote if it were that simple people everywhere would be fuckin delighted lol. Trauma doesn't just fall out your ears when you decide you've had enough though unfortunately. It's a lot of work, and time, that is especially difficult as a disabled individual too!
I couldn't imagine hoarding so much stuff in the infamously small Japanese flats like that. It would be extremely claustrophobic. I'm super surprised that they managed to give her a good value for the dolls and also sell them as quickly. It's hard to sell things by yourself and it's good to have someone else to do it for you, especially if they have a big store with high foot-fall.
As a transsexual woman, I appreciate how respectful you are of Saki's Gender identity. She is a very endearing person, and are great professionals. ありがとう. 👍🏻
Very interesting how she says it would be rude to make it messy again after they worked hard to make it nice and clean. Respect to others seem inportant to her and that's a good thing 👏
Più che una compagnia di pulizie avrebbe avuto bisogno di qualcuno che l'aiutassse psicologicamente a fare una cernita di ciò che possiede, cmq ottimo lavoro! E una donna che si merita tanto si vede
Her giving the dolls a personality and a history isnt making her a caring person. That’s a type of hoarding, giving every object a personal meaning so that you cant throw it away

Ah bless, I just want to give Saki-san a hug. 🫶🏼 She really needed Kansai Clean Service to help her. I wish I could meet her and try to convince her that she doesn't need all the clothing. However, I'm so happy that Mama can now visit and that she's keeping her place tidy as she can. Kamesawa-san, it was nice to see your handsome face again.
