    I discovered this brand while watching an NHKWorld program. The Boss was Japanese working abroad in italy how much do these sell for My Life would not be the same without Pizza. Its a soul craving for me. You need sell fireplace tongs with this oven as standard equipment so people don't get burned adding kindelling by hand

    Greate video, but it's the wrong way te cure your Valoriani baby 75 oven for the first time. See the manual for 3 days curing the oven to prevent cracks to the handwork! There is residual moisture inside that must not turn into steam.

      This one looks like the 60cm only fits 1 30cm pizza at the time

    I like this oven, over priced, but nice. Sorry, but I cannot get over the fact the video started with a PSA about the laws of cooking in your backyard.

    Let’s be honest , please I’m just giving my honest opinion! That pizza looked terrible. Best oven on the planet and we as humans can mess things up. Look at the pizzaiolo who use less better ovens and the pies are perfectly created masterpieces, I will now not buy this oven because I cannot master the dough, so you just proved to me that this expensive oven will only make my terrible pizzas consistently terrible.
