What steps did he leave out because I tried this 10 times, step by step, pausing all the time while I repeated everything he did, and it NEVER worked, NEVER. He left out at 2:40 to "check" "transform object", what else did he leave out?
Hey I know this video is kinda old already but I found an easier way to make this without having to deal with the ovals and trying to make them circles again. If you make the 'row' of circles by putting two circles next to each other and using the blend tool. Then you make half a circle like in the video, select the blend and the circle and choose 'object > blend > replace spine'. Next, you make sure there are enough circles by selecting the blend tool, hitting enter and turning the amount of steps up or down. Next you do object > expand appearance like in the video and duplicate and flip it. The rest of the process is basically the same.
Teacher One question is raised. In lecture 11:32 Illustrated 2019 version file> scripts> dup at selected anchors ExportDocsFlash savedocsaspdf savedocsassvg other script ... I have 5 menus, and the program I use is the same version, but I do not have dup at selected anchors. Script dup at selected anchors is not the default when it is laid out? Did you download the script and save it?
plz, help me!!!! I'm thinking about buying to "All apps" bundle for adobe so I will have premiere and after effects and.. EVERYTHING! but its not that cheap and I'm not sure if i can actually afford it. should i buy it?

I'm so frustrated! I can't double click to change my crystalize tool??? (Laptop) is there another way?? I"m still new.. learning illustrator through your videos.

+tutvid ,hello dear, first of all thank you for your tutorials, your videos are very inspiring ,I have a question about the dub script, I did all the steps accurately ,but the script is not working I wonder how to make it function, any help of the youtube community as well be appreciated, thank you all.
I have CS5 (PC), and I can't get it to let me apply the gradient to the stroke. Every time I attempt to do what you have, it reverts it to the fill instead of stroke. Is this a version thing or is there something else that needs to be done first?
I think the gradients as a stroke was a feature that was added in CS6. What you might need to do is select the stroke and go Object>Expand and choose to expand the stroke (to make it a fill) and then you can add a gradient as a fill. Hope that helps, Kat! 🍻
If you are doing the whole thing on a white background, the blend tool will not let you see the effect correctly. The half that you reflect has to have NO BACKGROUND! I did the same thing and it worked!
These are fantastic videos, Nate, but for the love of Jesus relax, man! I know you're powerfully productive, but I'm still over here combing over "How to Cut Out ANYTHING [...]" and "How to Composite and Blend Images ]...]" xD. It's tough to keep up with the schedule, but it's only a complaint in jest, in reality I think this is badass, you're on fire.
Great as usual, man. I also like the fact that you spend every second wisely and get to the point right away. I've learnt a lot in just 13 minutes.
Thank you so much! Very kind of you!

Has the process changed for Illustrator CC 2022? Works pretty well until I get to about 7:40, then it goes totally awry.

How did you make the triangle map that you pasted over top?

nyorocos wae iye jelema, eweh eren na
where did you get that grid at the end of the video?
9:50
(ctrl c, ctrl v) How did you create a diamond shape?
reply•
You just use the pen tool and connect straight lines together.
Maybe it's just me... but I can't find the description of the script to apply the circle in all anchor points.
Lester Rodriguez --click the down arrow to the right of the title, lots of useful info.
Thank you/////// :)
Love it. Thanks so much! 👍
Help Please! How come only half of my Sphere is being blended?
I have the same problem! Did you solve it?
If you are doing the whole thing on a white background, the blend tool will not let you see the effect correctly. The half that you reflect has to have NO BACKGROUND! I did the same thing and it worked!
When creating the blend and hitting apply, the effect of the circles only applies to half of the object.
I have the same problem. Were you able to fix it?
hey body good tutorial, but you promise me to make a tutorial about slow mo in premiere pro
