My coworkers and I find pre 2000s bills almost regularly lol, all usually in pretty good condition, my coworker also found a 1934 10$ bill in the register, we’ve also found a few buffalo nickles and even a few war nickles
Yesterday I did something for the first time in 42 years of buying pennies from the bank! I bought a whole box instead of $10 worth! I never did it before because they’re too heavy for me to carry around and I’m usually on foot but yesterday it was the only way I could get any because the teller didn’t want to break up a box. For my first box that sure was a good one! I got 29 wheat pennies and 12 were before 1940 including a nice condition 1914 which was the oldest.
There was only one run of star web notes, the 1988A F..* series, these were produced by mistake and most were shredded before collectors got them. Only 640,000 notes were originally printed.
Hey Rob, nice bill hunt. As for the last bill, that was an almoster if the two 55 at the beginning would be 99 it would have been a radar note. Can't wait for the next video and Happy Hunting. 😃
nice hunt rob. i recently went to a bank and asked if they had $2 notes, and they had what i thought was a fresh new stack, and what caught my eye was that the top started with 19444441, so i asked if i could get the 4th note in the stack, and what do you know, someone got the 19444444 serial 6 of a kind. oh well, i still kept the 5 of a kind tho (:
5 hours late but like number 544 I’ll drop a comment for the algorithm since the other 500 plus people obviously forgot to…. Nice hunt and the 95 star was a cool find thanks for sharing see you on the next one👍🏼👊🏼
Rob, I recently found a $1 1999 note with only 7 digits in both serial numbers, tried looking it up as far as rarity and value, but none of my searches have produced any information, can anyone help me out?
Rob the only web star note that exists is the 88a Atlanta district F*. 640,000 printed by mistake and released into circulation. Once the BEP realized the mistake they destroyed the stars that weren't released. They are a modern day holy grail note. I've owned 2 but my current example is a 65PPQ BOOKS FOR 2250+
Do you have er check the reverse? Sometimes there’s an ink transfer when they put a wet sheet on top of another. So the front will be lightly transferred to the back and vice versa
Question for you Rob: couldn’t a flipper not also include “0s” in the serial number? I would imagine that the same logic would apply when flipping it upside down, as this number looks the same.

@Rob just discovered your channel 3 days ago. Just subbed today. BTW: I have a 1/2 strap of $5 crisp (all sequential) STAR notes. Would they be worth more than face ?
some of my branches are limited but I found one that is happy to hand me 2k in circulated bills every week. You just gotta search around, have an account with a bank that has lots of branches near you.

RFT! The price of silver,Will go up. Have a great weekend.🥈
A few months ago I came across a 1950 $5 in nice shape...it's in a bill sleeve now!
My coworkers and I find pre 2000s bills almost regularly lol, all usually in pretty good condition, my coworker also found a 1934 10$ bill in the register, we’ve also found a few buffalo nickles and even a few war nickles
Nickel not nickle

Correction, 13 out of 29 wheats were before 1940, not 12.

Strap hunt keep these up good sir!
These are always fun.
Nice currency search.
top star note could be a EU birthday note in the future!
Got my 2013B project bill on file now
I enjoy your bill search videos. Keep them rolling. Nice video.
Nice hunt
rob i got a old note the other day its from 1985 in ok shape is it worth more than 1 dollar?
I would have kept the 2 bills with the 5,7,and 0s. I personally think that looks cool
Nice hunt. I like your videos and the series 1995 F star note is rare. It is very hard to find that dollar since 25 years.
Where are the resorces? Star note reference etc.. Do i need to subscribe. No problem. Thanks, Jim
Go to the title/video description and you can expand that. Just scroll down and you can find the references rob attached to the video.✌️
'Flippers' are also 0's, 6's, and 9's.
but not 8s?
@@fostersfinds47 On currency the 8's have a 'snowman' shape. Doesn't really flip.
Did you just cross 200k subscribers??

I just got a 2013 $5 dollar bill and has 8 of kind 7s are these worth keeping only has 2 numbers in total
Are 100 dollar star notes that are common worth just a dollar or two over face value?
Nice hunt!!
Fun hunt .
Great hunt still entertaining
Bro if I asked my bank for 1,000 one dollars bills I would get a permanent ban 😂😭
I started with about $100 and slowly and more to it , but some banks will limit to a amount. I go to two different banks with about $100 per bank.
some of my branches are limited but I found one that is happy to hand me 2k in circulated bills every week. You just gotta search around, have an account with a bank that has lots of branches near you.
What would 18 CU consecutive number $20 series 2017A * notes be worth? I got them from ATM.
$360
@@jaymartell2967 that's it? 18 crisp uncirculated $20 star notes?
What's the oldest banknote in circulation
Where do you go to check your star notes?
Hope u end up finding 2 with the same number😅😅😅😅😅
First
BOOM! 💥
At least the tellers "got to clean out their drawers". Everyone should be cleaning out their drawers every now and then 🥸
