You mentioned that the 14 note would be worth something to an athlete with the number 14, and I was like “huh, I wonder who wears that number?” And then I realized I’m literally wearing a #14 Amon Ra St Brown jersey right now, watching the game. 🤯🤯🤯
Love it! Thanks for sharing! I love finding the older bills. My fav teller set me aside a $10 bill from 1969 this week and was so excited to see my face light up! It’s all about those relationships built. :)
Awesome bill hunt congratulations on getting 5 star notes and 2 matching numbers bills I've found 2 ten dollar bill from 1963 b series thanks for sharing Rob
Heard star notes are going to stop, they are going to change presses and eliminate them and no more consecutive bundles . Please let me know if this is true ,if so star notes will go up in values. Great hunt.
I sold my BIG collection of vintage US Currency last year on EBay, because it was part of my "retirement investment collectibles", I was certain this year would be much more difficult due to "The Economy" - and I was right. I some really nice notes from 1928 forward; Gold certificates, Red Seals, Numerical notes, low serial number, star notes and more. I collected for about 20 years and (overall) I sold my note for from 5 to 10 times what I paid for them; some even more. I also had a big, vintage US Flag collection that I sold for (big) profits, but I kept my mint condition and extremely rare 40 star flag.
Quick qeuestion on sequential numbered notes. I have 2 $1 star notes in sequential order. The are circulated, but in ok shape otherwise. Worth keeping or even worth anything?
What's bad about those FRB straps on the twos is that the BEP is no longer giving us uncirculated straps with consecutive serials (if any of the bills were culled due to an error). All of the notes they pull will *NOT* be replaced with star notes anymore, you will now get the next serial number to continue or even an unrelated set of serials to start (or multiple sets of serials). Yup, those star notes in uncirulated FRB straps will no longer exist. I haz a sad on this! As for the duplicate serial, nice find. I never notice the serials match if I'm getting a bundle to search (my memory is never that good!)
Yeah you really need to get the Pete Rose auto on that bill! He would probably think it was pretty cool over the generic stuff he's always signing. If you don't want to do anything with it I might buy it off you for my mom, she's a huge Rose fan.
Hey Rob! I have a bunch of tubes of clad early seventies Kennedy halves with DDR and some DDO I found hunting silver. I don’t know what to do with them. Seeing if you are interested?
That is actually awesome. I was thinking that you found the matching serial numbers from the 2013B series from Washington DC and Fort Worth. I saw a matching pairs on E bay like the ones you have for about $45.00
That’s what I was expecting as well. A pair like this though is rarer than matching 2013Bs I believe, sadly it’s not reflected in its value. The chances of finding two of the same random serial bill in the same hunt are far less than matching a find up to one listed on a large database I feel.
*For the K 00014000 C bill you should reach out to the Kansas City Chiefs punter, Matt Araiza. Thats his jersey number and the K and C would be for Kansas City!*

@@RobFindsTreasureHi! New subber, here. I collect coins and notes. Why do you collect $1 denominations only? I have $500 worth of super crispy $5 star notes in sequential order in my collection. I got lucky bc my bookkeeper hooked me up) Curious if I should be looking for the $1s only. I heard they stopped making star notes in 2021. 😓

All I have to say is I'm very happy you found matching bills, rather than get struck by lightning!
😂
Crazy that you found matching serial numbers. I also like the 00014000 note, definitely a keeper.
That pair is HELLACIOUSLY collectible!!!!!
those matching bills are fantastic.!!!! you rarely see that in the wild. can't get mad at that.!!!
Even though you struck out on the 2's, it was good to see them included.
You mentioned that the 14 note would be worth something to an athlete with the number 14, and I was like “huh, I wonder who wears that number?” And then I realized I’m literally wearing a #14 Amon Ra St Brown jersey right now, watching the game. 🤯🤯🤯
Hope he has better week next week. Granted we kinda all knew without Donald to run block, we would jam it down their that's all game
I went right to D.K. Metcalf on the Seahawks.
That was crazy, it IS awesome to find 2 same serials. Congratulations!!
Okay... gotta watch this one for sure
You mean you don’t watch ALL of his videos?! Wow. Just. Wow. 😂😂😂😂

1969 10s still circulate widely. I have found a few. I’m actually surprised they still circulate.
Very cool finding matching serial numbers bills.
Wow the odds must be pretty high! Awsome find
Matching serial numbers, wow. Havent done that, so cool
Wow! That’s crazy!!
I would go out and get a PowerBall ticket . What a lucky find on the serial number bills. I would keep the 14000 one. Nice hunt.

I enjoy your bill search videos. Thanks for adding 2 dollar bills with this video.
What an awesome find on the matching numbers! I feel like you have better odds of finding a solid 😂, great video!
I am fortunate that two of the banks in my area always has $2 bills. Good to see you hunting them.
Amazing find for the same serials. I have 4 00000151 notes and i know people who have more of other year notes that collect the same serials
I've been saving trinary and quads for years, trying to find a matching pair. Congratulations on finding a matching pair.
Matching serial numbers! Fun hunt for sure.
Great finds, especially the matching serial numbers!
That’s crazy! Nice find
Some 2s? Cool!
6:37 get Pete Rose to autograph that bill before he dies would make that bill priceless 😂
K means strikeout in baseball and C is catcher
My thought was Kansas City and whoever no. 14 is. Sammy Watkins most recently it seems.

Those duplicate serial numbers were sweet! From the title - I thought you had found duplicate star notes. Another great video!
Great finds there!
ANY s/n pairing like that is crazy cool. Those are some looooonnngggg odds Rob!😮

Fun hunt , keep them coming .

the odds of finding the same bill # in one of those searches is about 0.0001%. nice find!
