Hi Food Box HQ Family! Today we're unboxing and taste testing a new product out on the market... Vejo! They were kind enough to send us a free test kit to share our thoughts with you :). It's a super interesting concept. They took a blender, made it portable, and created biodegradable pods filled with organic freeze-dried ingredients so you can have smoothies, lattes, and more on the go.

Quick note! At 3:40 we say they're working to make the pods biodegradable but they already are biodegradable :). They're working on making them 100% water soluble.

I wonder if the pods are keto friendly
I want to know if there is a work around with a reusable pod and put your own powders such as pre-work out, protein powder, and bcaas. Also, what if you didn’t drink the drink fast enough and would like to do another 30 second blend?
I believe there is! We kept the pod in that we used and pressed the button and it worked to "blend" things up. I think as long as there's a pod in the blender it will blend anything. Just be careful if you do because it's not super-duper powerful like the kitchen blenders.

I just bought myself one of these but I’m a little worried of how small it is! It looks like barely 10 oz would come out of there and I wonder if they would be filling at all or if I’ll just be hungry in 30 min
Only 8 oz there is a 12 oz coming in April
@@cmconcon I can’t seem to find the 12 Oz one unless they just don’t offer the 8oz (which I already have). Do you have a link? Also I can’t see where to order the blender only
I like to try the plant base whey protein and collagen but its sooo expensive :( out of my budget.
How does the “mouth-feel”
When sipping, the metal lip looks uncomfortable
That’s a good question. It’s a bit wider/thicker than a normal glass cup but isn’t a pain to drink out of. Kind of like an insulated travel coffee cup.
