I have the exact same color blue that just arrived at my door today.
I appreciate your video as you went over how to use the Vejo in detail. This was so important to me because there was no clear instruction on how to charge it!! The pics are in grey and white and I had NO idea that I needed to put the top onto the black charging piece.
I think I'll wait a bit for knockoff pods to be available in bulk at the local Costco like we have available with the coffee K-cups. You have to be quite the tech yuppie to blow $4 per serving. Lets assume I use one pre-workout pod, one post-workout pod, and one protein pod for each workout and I am working out 5 days a week. That would cost me a whopping $205 per month. I could buy some of the more expensive tubs of protein powder, pre-workout, and post-workout separately and it would still cost me nowhere close to that.
Amazing product!! pods taste great...many options to choose from - very easy and practical to use.
could you use these pods without a blender? such as with a shaker cup?

I just got mine today and made my first smoothie and I am in love, the only thing I’m struggling with is trying to get it to pop up on my phone through the app. But I got the rare neon green one and I’m really excited
Thanks for the review. I can’t seem to find the screen in the app that syncs to the blender. I don’t have the original manual, and there’s no other instructions about that.
I’m a sucker for all things tech and ‘smart’, but I literally have a pantry full of water bottles and blenders that I was sold on initially, then lost interest in. I like the idea of this but there isn’t a mention of ice. I also like the idea of selecting my own fruit. This is similar to a water bottle I purchased. You’re drawn in by the tech to then subscribe to pricey pods - like a printer. Still good review.
I like that most of their blends don’t have a lot of carbohydrates.

It only works if a pod is inserted but maybe there's a work around. However, this is clearly not what they want. They want to sell pods.

I was so excited to get mine in the mail after waiting over 2 months for it because the color was not in stock. So I charged it, filled to the line, popped in the pod, twisted. And no blending!!! And no contact number.
I want to know if there is a work around with a reusable pod and put your own powders such as pre-work out, protein powder, and bcaas. Also, what if you didn’t drink the drink fast enough and would like to do another 30 second blend?
I would like this if the pods weren’t so expensive.
I am looking for a blender for a portable paper pulp maker for art making purposes for European art residency, so it needs to be powerful, portable, easy to clean. And I would not mind making a shake with it. If anyone has an idea let me know.
For lazy people, but then you have to charge it, source the pods, schlep it around, have the liquid handy, clean it (which does not look easy given the blades and screw sections, especially after it has been fermenting all day.) Idea: use fresh food and / or protein and greens powder, your own blender which you already have, and any jar with lid. Add a couple of ice cubes and transport in an insulated little lunch bag. Healthier, cheaper, and no more trouble all things considered.
If it was frozen. It could be a snack. Why have people started calling ‘drinks’ snacks?
Awesome idea. Very convenient and something I’d definitely be interested in. Pricing for the machine is reasonable. But the price for the pods are a deal breaker for me which really sucks because I really like this. If the pods were in the range of $1-$1.50 then I’d get it. IMO.
I love my Vejo! I am subscribed to Daily Harvest and am considering doing the same for the pods! Effective and efficient.

reminds me of that overpriced juicer fail. soon as people figure out that it doesnt actually do anything amazing then they will decide its a bad idea for the cost

Is there no function to use your own fruit and veg? What if the company goes out of business? Then you have a blender bottle that you can’t use as a blender, since you need the cups. The only function I like is the insulated blender feature, but since you can’t use it independently from their cups they force you to keep giving them money. They only way I see this lasting is if different companies starting making their own cups so there’s a lot of variety and price options(like kcups). Otherwise in a year everyone who bought this will be stuck with a useless bottle.
Guess I’ll be stuck with one. Mines will be here next week! Oh well!!!
Mine must have been out of norm. The cord it came to charge, did not insert fully; the replacement sent did work. It is not easy to screw top on once the pod is in. It does not open the pod. The powder is still in after 10 tries! The flavor of the powder was not sweet. I had the chocolate and the matcha…. I didn’t like the taste at all…. Was disappointed and sorry I spent money to buy this. Not using now….
It is the best protein I have ever tried, I think it has brought many benefits to my body. The promotions that they project would be very profitable for everyone, since it would be more accessible to acquire them.
Please do not tell anybody to plug the charger in all night like a cell phone as in time you will destroy the memory of the battery. Never do it to a Iphone!
