Blackberry Cobbler
Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
8 Tablespoons unsalted butter melted
Add sugar to the blackberries to draw out the natural juices and let sit for about 35 minutes. To a bowl add flour, baking powder, salt, milk and melted butter. Stir till well blended and smooth consistency like pancake batter. Add flour mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish then add macerated berries to the top of batter by carefully spooning over the mixture. Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes till golden and batter is cooked. Serve with redi whip, cool whip or ice cream and enjoy!

Hey Holly! This looks SO good! Rotisserie chicken is about the only way I go when it comes to recipes using chicken. Ooh, I love blackberries! Especially fresh ones! I want some growing on my property!
I love the convenience of using rotisserie chicken in recipes like this , it saves so much time! My husband has been picking blackberries for my grandson to eat during the week and he and I decided blackberry cobbler sounded like a good dessert so he picked extra so I could make it. Our blackberries are growing wild but you definitely could get blackberry bushes to grow in your yard and I think they even have thornless bushes. Have a blessed week Melissa! ❤️❤️
