Voice isolation is incredible. I had an interview with a guy that I was moving quite a bit and could clearly hear the clothing rubbing on the lab mic cable. Voice isolation completely removed the unwanted sound and the voice was very clear and clean.

Scan computers are a superb company. I stick with them because of trust. About 15 years ago I bought an editing system from another company who actually bought the system off Scan (which I didn't know). It went faulty towards the end of year one and the company wouldn't fix it. They said by the time it got to them and was fixed, it would be out of warranty and the fault is probably caused by myself. Frustrated, I called Scan for advice. They then told me they had built the system for this company and it had a two year warranty (at that time). Anyway, they offered advice on how to fix it and sent what I needed. So, I'm updating my system this month and choosing Nvidia as Resolve performs better on their cards. 24GB of memory on the graphics card. That's 16gb more than I presently use. Crazy amount. Fun though. Another great video Alex, although your twin could be after your job.
They now have 3 year warranties.

I'd love to see more on the option of AV1. What exactly do all these settings do.
Also instead of quality being at "best" it would be interesting to reason it like that: If the whole project was shot on a GH5 at 200mbps then you can choose "restrict to" and choose the appropriate data rate to match the camera.
That way the file is no bigger than needed and no less.

That Depth Map is flippin' BONKERS! If it can do that reliably, the ramifications are huge. e.g. I can't afford a full frame camera at the moment (I have one but it's old and much better for photos), but I can film with a M4/3 and get a similar effect with DOF by applying that. Similarly if you don't have good AF, you can just shoot at like f8 and apply bokeh in post!
