Great composition, your captures of the little sounds of life (coffee prep, banana slicing) are all things that just get buried in normal busy life. Your storytelling through this is very compelling. Another “great vibe”
I have a 95 B2500 and I love it. When I bought it it had 2 years left on the replacement transmission. Seems to be the weak spot in the Dodge vans. I will have it until I'm gone. Enjoy your travels!
I feel so relaxed when I watch your videos. Very soothing to the mind and soul! 😊🥾. Oh and I have a cat (yes cat) that loves to watch Hazel. I’ll try to get pic of that.
Love the atmospheric sounds vs background music. About taking breaks, I'd want my favorite video creators well rested so they keep pumping out great quality content.
Great video, Cody! Nice y’all got to get rested up for the next adventure. Loved getting to tag along on the journey via video haha and the scenery is incredible! My wife and I are going to have to get out that way once we get our bus build finished. Happy travels 🤙
Always enjoy your videos and travels, even more so now that you have Hazel! I would highly recommend rattlesnake aversion training for Hazel with all the southwest traveling you are doing. I see Hazel has mastered the "You have food, I don't have food" stare down.
Awesome camera placement and video quality. You have one of the first channels i subscribed. I can't imagine the amount of time, energy and effort it takes to produce, record and edit one of your video. What sold me was the confident and enthusiastic "My Boy Cody Blue" was going to take me on an adventure i physically can no longer accomplish. Of course followed closely by lovely Victoria who is madly in love with Cody.
Ok, for a second there I thought Cody was going to toss in the whole seatbelt struggle (Robin Williams in RV) along at 13:50…just to toss in a little lighthearted humor!
Sedona is so sick! The trail you walked is right up the road from my moms house and we walk it almost daily when we visit. We see climbers on the side of coffee pot all the time and had always dreamed of one day becoming climbers and attempting it! Hope yall enjoyed! Don't forget to hit the world class bike trails.
@@codyandvictoria let us know when you’re back in Sedona. We know a lot of the trails in the area and could give suggestions for MTB/hiking trails. It’s a launching point for our van adventures so we’re also there a couple times a year.
Haha. I (Cody) quit coffee for a full month so now it’s always a toss up of whether I want decaf tea or coffee. But coffee is slowly becoming the norm again…
Hey love the videos thanks for sharing! one question when you guys go to new climbing areas do you get guidebooks for the areas or do you typically use mountain project etc? any advice would be great thanks!
Hey Cody.. wondering whether you could help me out? I'm struggling with audio levels with my A7IV and Rode VideoMicro. What audio rec level do you use in camera when out and about? Cheers
It would be really nice if you made a video about safety. I got SO anxious seeing you do extreme sports in the middle of nowhere 😅 What if you get badly hurt?
“When you live in your office, work is your life.” Maybe separate things a bit more. Work in one are, take as many pictures and videos, exploit it as much as you then, when done, go somewhere else and do NO WORK. No video, no pictures, nothing. Keep it secret, sacred. Just for the 3 of you. “But then I won’t have content…” you might think. Yes you will but, this time, it’s for you and you alone. Keep it up!
We did! If the rest of this trip goes well we’ll be letting family live there. Currently still “testing out” whether living in the van full time is feasible.
Every time I watch a video from you guys I really am impressed how visually stunning your films are. Well done Cody.
Thanks so much! A lot of time and energy goes into these things
And audio quality too! I always wonder how you get so good audio from the little video micro👍

I am OBSESSED with your dog. she is sooooo stinking cute!
That lead on Twin Cracks was one of my first leads in IC too, such a rad spot. y'all are crushing it!
Thank you for your work, friendliness and frankness. This is inspiration and support for me.

Thanks a ton Scott 🤗 hope we could bring a little peaceful nature to your home 😃
Great way to start my morning, so beautiful and relaxing! Great video!

Very well crafted, as always!
This one was really relaxing...you storytelling skills are just superbe! ✨
Man flagstaff is so beautiful. Loved it when I spent a day there. Also had the best Mexican food of my life. Beautiful video guys. Always enjoy them.
It’s a great place man! Too hot in the summer but gorgeous otherwise. Fun fact: I learned how to snowboard at Snowbowl!
❤️🍀🍻... lovely days, guys !!! Take care, see ya, blue skies 🤙🏻
I’ve been watching the vlogs getting hyped for Moab on 5/8. The footage of making food is lowkey my favorite parts.
Maaannn Moab is a crazy place. Lots to see and do. Enjoy!

Howdy from Utah Cody & Victoria! Keep the videos coming and most of all, take it easy. - Jack
Much appreciated Jack!

So glad you’ve been here all this time 🙏🙏 we appreciate it more than we could say in a comment. But thanks for sticking around
Can we call this, I just spent 18 minutes at a tranquil retreat? Amazing! 🎥❤️
A perfect title
Loving the content. I couldn't help but notice your energy levels seemed pretty low. Hope all is well!! :)
Love y'all's content
🙏 thanks a ton!

On the first try that actually happened 😂😂
Great video cody, so calm and nice. Quick question, u still use sony 16-35 zeiss? is still worth it to buy in 2022?
Occasionally
Sick hat Cody.
Ayy! Thank you
Ok, these videos are gorgeous. What lens are you using, 35mm? Totally recognize that doormat from Carson City Target, LOL... 😊
Usually we’re using 24-70 f2.8
@@codyandvictoria Thanks, got a new camera, trying to get better at using it... :)
nice, looking Dodge van. I, also own a 97, Dodge Ram 2500 conversion high top van part factory and part custom. Random vanners east coast VA. 2%

Man we wanted to get on that climb! It’s just sliiigghhttllyy above our grade but next time we come through we should be there! Such a sweet spot

4:26 omg such Cattle Dog behavior 🤣
the tea or coffee part made me LAUGH!

Another one! Love it 😍
There will be more 😝
@@codyandvictoria I’m ready for another one 😁
I have the exact same van color stripy and all❤
We miss it 😢

Mostly mountain project and occasionally a Google search if we need more information
Gorgeous filming! What kind of camera do you use?

21 I believe
@@codyandvictoria hmmm no wonder 6 wasn't cutting it.. thank you!
already planning our trip to Sedona soon! haha also need a link for those tortoise sunglasses victoria!
What's it like filling your travels? Do you find it hard to be natural or do you do multiple takes?
Yes and yes. But either way we’re living the dream.
It would be really nice if you made a video about safety. I got SO anxious seeing you do extreme sports in the middle of nowhere 😅 What if you get badly hurt?
Call in a helicopter I guess 🤷♂️ haha good idea for a video though. We’ll think about it
👍
Get ahold of me and I'll buy you guys a nice meal in Phoenix. I live in the arrowhead area. 😊

didn't you guys buy a house?
We did! If the rest of this trip goes well we’ll be letting family live there. Currently still “testing out” whether living in the van full time is feasible.
