- Kingdom Rush Frontiers Shadowmoon campaign adds 3 new levels each with their own heroic challenge and iron challenge. Werewolves, Lycans, Zombies, Abominations, and more! Come join me to watch some of my high level veteran game play! I'm sure I could have done slightly better on some maps if I played over and over again, but I think most of the strategies will work great for you guys!

I have completely beaten all of the games and I can say for sure this one took me the longest to beat

Vampireses are the problem not lycans
The level was one of the hardest out of all of the games

Frontiers is the best one in the series. The thief barracks and the necro towers are just unmatched. They are the reason I always come back and replay the whole game over and over again
vengeance is better with good graphics
Vengeance has a lot of fun/customization but it's the easiest game by far. Whether using free towers/heroes or premium, you can pretty much run through and 3 star every stage on Impossible within a try or two.
KR Frontiers is one of the most difficult, well balanced, and has IMO the most fun upgrades (as OP said, Necro towers and Thief barracks are both so much fun to work with).

@@jayp25 I agree it was easy and not balanced, but it's still fun for 2~3 playthroughs, for anyone new to single-player tower defense especially. Gets stale much quicker than the others though.

I've played and beat every level of all 4 kingdom rushes and this was by far the most ridiculously tough level
Thanks for the video. I got stuck on this level for the longest time until I finally realized that I was overinvesting in magic towers. You only really need them on the right side to deal with ghosts, crossbow towers are the key to victory here. Axe throwers are also very helpful because of the +40% debuff and the silence effect removes the huge bonuses that undead get at night.

A movie about a duck vampire isn't so scary. Count Duckula. I haven't seen a movie about him yet. It wouldn't be what I call a scary movie.

FWIW there's a much easier way to do this level, start with a dwaarp + fire upgrade in the center, necro tower directly to the NE, and flanked either side by a barracks and archmage tower. makes it very easy. initial setup is just the dwaarp, necro tower, and barracks.
tips for vampiresa: lucrezia's cloak kills em in one hit, so manage it wisely

You need to beat the campaign first
Dusk Chateau is so frickin hard, that's the only level I haven't been able to beat yet.
Chris if you put the axe thrower and buy the dispel totem, you will block the vampiresa life absorption. I was kinda upset at you for giving that tip. :P

the hotkey for secondary heroes is 5 in other games it might be 6 and the main hero can be accessed with 4 in some games its 3

why i can't finish this stage on veteran let alone attain 3 stars, i used to follow this guide 2 years ago and it works yet even the current me couldn't clear this stage let alone get 3 stars on this stage.

Your mecha is attacking immune ghosts most of the time at the right. I was yelling at my screen for you to move him over to the left side at some points.
The first time ever he lost a life
That level was sooo fucking hard for me
necromancer tower would have been better in the middle. That way, both pathways get skeletons from defeated enemies
one does not simply beat this level in the first few tries..
I spent 37 attempts, and finally got it with totem of weakness

I don't know why but it feels like the lycans in frontiers are much easy to beat than the lycans in original Kingdom rush
Yeah , in orignal kingdom rush 10 lycans are worse than lord blackburn . I think they were faster in first game except being stronger

@@kid_eisenhorn9438 on one hand I hate barracks play regardless of what you choose in the end... just my style I guess. But on the other hand I find them to not be that useful on this map cause the vampire ladies regenerate hit points from human soldiers (but they dont from skeletons as far as I have observed).
I actually managed to get a 3 star finish with necros and no soldiers but its really tough and you need to use the special of the vampire hero better than perfectly every god damn time which is hard and really annoying.
Seems like you dont really like DWAARPs huh. 🤔 I think they are pretty cool. Amazing crowd control. One DWAARP pretty much solos any number of zombies or ghosts. That burning damage is no joke against werewolves either.

Jombo uses him in a stalling way but he has a crap ton of armor and hp so he can take on the hugest enemies

What are you on about? He is easily the best free hero there is with his high armour, attack and ability to spawn more stall units. But idk how the fuck he survives wearing a scarf in the middle of the fucking dunes lol
Actually, each hero is unique in their own way. Here are the summaries of the free heroes:
1: Alric
Basic hero, good at combat, tanky, good stalling, etc.
2: Mirage
Quite tricky to use, squishy, good at ranged attacks and like what her profession is, good at assassinating her targets.
3: Cronan
A moving barracks. Superior at tanking, rps(regeneration per second) very good stalling, not to mention good AoE and the eagle can attack aerial enemies.
4: Bruxa
Mainly AoE, can attack multiple units at the same time by just standing near them AND can damage enemies while moving too.
