- The Ancient Ghosts are the final boss in this new halloween update for Kingdom Rush Vengeance. Today we show you an easy strategy to beat the ancient ghosts.

The Ghost Kings choose sides randomly, not always armor resistance left and magic resistance right
When i first fought them i lose, as i dont know one has super magic res and the other has physical res, so i build the tower to counter them based on the last time i fought them on the next round...
and guess what... They switched sides and i lose again

I managed to finish the level in one try but i was using Mortemis
Shades 69 ha I did it on impossible first try. (I had the ice dragon)

Interesting mechanics:
16:38, Jack's ult sends back the corrosive souls really far back because it travels at the same speed they do
18:13, every single time he upgrades the orc shaman it does an attack, quick chain

Then I paused, pondered a moment, and thought, "I know way too much about this game's lore."
i did the same thing, this game has surprisingly fantastic lore

I noticed that you were struggling with ghosts so I swapped the catacombs for Laser towers. Also spared some gold for 3 harasser towers during the later swarm heavy waves.
I used Asra instead of Jack bc she eats Liches alive and does well against most of the enemies on this level in general.
Tesla coils caught one or two guys but no hearts lost.
Huge thanks for sharing this strategy bc I tried everything I could think of here and there for three days and never could get a three star clear.
The achievement on this level will give you a 3s damage buff for all the towers, just a tip for the last round if not enough dmg to take down the bosses:))

@@magistermilitum1206 I used the Demon Mage, pretty useful against the ghosts but it moves so slow compare to those fast-running enemies
Good time to use Blackburn's armor during the boss fight. And rule of thumb: try not to place shooters on rotten roots.
I honestly found the boss fight lacking cool idea but It felt as though rushed it. they could of done it so the ghosts join up and spawn special ghosts that damage the boss ghost that would of been cool

I mananged to do it on Impossible with some bone flingers and some Ork Shamans

This mission rly angered and anoyed me when i failed with it 5 times in a row. And the funy thing was when the boss came trough and i had 20 hp before :))

I TRIED LIKE 10 times is a row to complete this lol the ancient ghoasts killed me a couple of times
why don't you use archers with the chance to 1 hit? also the melee barracks also has a chance to 1 hit, the laser tower also has 1-hit(w/ cooldown)
it dosent work on the bosses and the dark knight and archers suck
There will be update because they add there more stuff in south of map - some elven buikdings and hammerhold
Hoping that the big mountain in the middle and the hell part get levels too. Maybe that new lighthouse in the water also

Have you seen the leak, this update was the first part, the second part is a Chinese monk themed campaign which you can see in the temple looking buildings that have been added at the bottom of the map. For hammerhold we’re just hoping

The post got taken down, your best bet is to ask someone on the discord if they took a screenshot
The final bosses aren't always in the same path. I had both paths well designed for both of them but than they switced lanes and lost. Didn't know that was a thing, rng... Also I felt like the boss lacked an ability. Something simple as swapping lanes when having lost x life or when dead (again) they turn into the statue. Sadly they're just big chunks of hp walking towards the exit, with nothing special going for them :/
I just realised that the blue ghost is immune to magic attacks im dumb, i lost 2 times in this level lol

This level really gave me headache that annoying ghost so ridiculous
People keeps complaining about how bad this boss fight is. (bad and not difficult)
Well for starter one of these level is 20 minutes and imagine dying at the last level because:
-There are 2 bosses that go 2 different paths.
-Each of them is immune to one type of damage.
-Which paths they choose to go are completely random. (which can mess you up 2 times in a row instead of just 1 like Umbra where he revived and destroyed your tower and suddenly you have no money cuz you didn't know he was gonna do that)
-They can't be blocked (meaning they are the smartest bosses in the game, go straight for your HP and kill you instead of wasting time killing your dudes)
-There're adds taking damage for them.
Overall a very over loaded boss fight in my opinion.
Second, most boss fights in the game is easy with dull and slow bosses.
Third, if you want it hard, you can go impossible

when I play this my towers get covered in thorns constantly and I have to pay $20 to clear them. That didn't seem to happen to you as much....how/why? EDIT - I think I worked it out, only happens on ones that had thorns on to star with.

Edit: played second round on casual, pretty much just swapped a few towers around at the end of the last wave and they died pretty quickly, turns out they really aren't that strong
I was thinking in buying jack or grim cemetery, wich one is more worth it?
Jack is definitely more worth getting. The cemetary, like orcs, is really really good against hordes of weak enemies that do little damage. Problem with these new levels (since the anurian campaign onward) is that the enemies, even the weakest ones, have too much health and too much damage for your zombies to do anything useful. Even the haunted skeletons tear through the little guys.
Jack, however, can summon up to 4 alright minions and has medium armor with 400 health at level ten, allowing him to handle everything except for the bone carriers for a good while.
Is Jack better/stronger than Asra?
@@DeathMush asra has her poisoning ability, but I otherwise believe jack is better for general purpose. I used him on two of the three maps and on about half of the heroic and iron challenges.
@@DeathMush I dont think asra has enough damage to be viable outside of her poison, which is a guaranteed kill and invaluable for dealing with bone carriers if you use her.

every single level is beaten using mausoleum and bone flingers, its kind of a problem at this point tbh
I just use specters mausoleum and 3 cemeteries on the very middle, i won easily

It was too easy and hard, because the ghost kings randomize sides, but they die pretty fast with the right towers
It isn't even boss, new concepts(ghosts) are shit, worst episodes
