You will get there! Small businesses take time to grow. I would seriously consider doing vendor tables or artist alley tables at conventions. The foot traffic is good for bringing in customers. Make business cards and a QR code sign for your socials and online store, I think this is the single best way for any small business to grow naturally besides RUclips. Oh, and you will probably make $1,500 just vending over a weekend if you can keep up with the demand ;) Good luck!

Next year could be an excellent opportunity though so I’ll definitely look into it! I have a friend who is able to display and he wants me to be a part of it so I might be able to set up a QR code sign and market a bit at the convention! I already printed new business cards that look much better than the ones in this video so I’ll be handing out quite a few during Brickworld!

Star Wars alone will not get you there. Fallout is popular, custom marvel mutants, etc. And...decal customs are a VERY low sell. I'd suggest an inexpensive pad printer, or UV printer. Or even try the laser printer transfer method. Also consider a resin SLA printer, like a Saturn 2. They print in 8k, the results are amazing, and a refurbished one costs under $300. You can use them for custom weapons, armor and the like. Again, good luck!
Thank you! I appreciate the tips! I might try venturing outside of Star Wars eventually but that would depend on where my RUclips channel goes since this is where I do most of my marketing. Buying a pad printer or UV printer is out of my price range but maybe I’ll try looking at some of the other methods you listed! I’ll try reselling some pad printed customs when I acquire the funds to place some reseller orders but the minimum reseller order is usually around $2000 for most sellers so I’ve got to sell a few more products till then lol
I think a big contributing factor to why it didn't work out is that you decided to focus on a very specific niche. Like, not only are focusing on LEGO on a small website that mostly only adults would know about, but you are also focusing only on minifigures and on Star Wars and on the Clone Wars/Bad Batch.
My sales have increased exponentially after making this video so I think my business has a chance now! I gave my self way too little time in this video since most businesses take years to take off but I only gave myself 30 days. The broader the market, the more competition there will be so it’s usually best to start in a smaller niche from what I learned from others. I found potential in the small community of decals and tried attaching it to larger niches here on RUclips and it successfully captured the attention of over 5 million people now! Now I need to follow through and give these people an opportunity to buy these products. I think based on what I’ve tested here on RUclips, attaching this small niche of decals to larger niches like Star Wars is actually increasing my target market!

If you’re talking about the full minifigs, all of them are made with real Lego helmets unless otherwise specified. I also sell blank official Lego helmets! Check the titles and descriptions of the products and they should tell you if they are official or not
Good question because I listed how much I made from sales during the video, not the profit! Since I added RUclips and tips to the final amount it’s difficult to calculate but I’m guessing I made around $500 total. Just a guess though. I’d have to run the numbers to make sure
Puttins stickers and drilling and else modyfing lego parts to make them "custom" or using 3D printed parts - thats not an orignal lego piece anymore. Btw making a succesful business take more than 30 days. It takes time and adds and bunch of promoting to get people even to come to your website. And when you have like six clone troopers to sells... well its not really a great selection is it? Make your stock bigger, wider selection, make adds and promote your web and them maybe after few months you will se steady stream of orders... but dont expect it after a month when you made like one or two tries to promote it.
Yeah, I’m still young and I’m saving money by living with my parents! I do want to be responsible and move out so I’m not being a burden on my parents though

Are the helmets on your website real lego
If you’re talking about the full minifigs, all of them are made with real Lego helmets unless otherwise specified. I also sell blank official Lego helmets! Check the titles and descriptions of the products and they should tell you if they are official or not

Good question because I listed how much I made from sales during the video, not the profit! Since I added RUclips and tips to the final amount it’s difficult to calculate but I’m guessing I made around $500 total. Just a guess though. I’d have to run the numbers to make sure
Puttins stickers and drilling and else modyfing lego parts to make them "custom" or using 3D printed parts - thats not an orignal lego piece anymore.
Btw making a succesful business take more than 30 days. It takes time and adds and bunch of promoting to get people even to come to your website.
And when you have like six clone troopers to sells... well its not really a great selection is it? Make your stock bigger, wider selection, make adds and promote your web and them maybe after few months you will se steady stream of orders... but dont expect it after a month when you made like one or two tries to promote it.
