I AM currently preparing for IIT. And trust me, the preparation phase is as black and white and depressing as shown in the series, if not more. Everyday really weighs me down so much.
Bhai sb kuch band krke pdhai kr le.. even after taking a drop and just reaching NIT I know the regret

Guys just enjoy the study and forget about results , when you go to college even a bilkul bekar ones there are enough opportunities in future. So just do your best thats it and don't worry at all about results. Life is too big to be decided by just an exam , but that doesn't mean you shouldn't give your best shot.

Only time I Interacted with People was Evening that too once-Twice a week to play Cricket with my Friends that Too Ended Up in 2nd year since many of My Friends went to KOTA and Remaining also stopped comming In last 8 months of 2nd year

@@arpanabinaswar1811 Man you made it to somewhere where most cannot, and you worked your ass behind it. Be proud of that, coz what IIT preparation really teach is the habit to work hard, and you know it well now.
I now fully understand the struggle these students face aiming for IIT. My son even stopped smiling for 2 yrs, his behavior changed, always studying till late night. We were worried, even told him its ok if did not do well in JEE Advanced. Last yr he got into one leading IIT. When result came out he smiled and now behaving normally. I do not know if its worth going to Kota since institutions there take classes 14 to 16 hrs a day. Not all students can take it.
I don't know which institute is taking classes for 14-16 hrs😂,but yeah I got the point bcz I went through it. But trust me ,if your son genuinely wanted it,you might see in future that he is not afraid of anything (hardwork, pressure to be precise).
I wish more parents were like you
No sir no institute take 14 to 16 hour class we just used to have 3 to 5 classes max that to of 45 to 1hr each in that too there is too much fun and yes we used to study for hours in pgs and hostels

Because IITJEE is like the toughest video Game(not literally video game tho😅)for a Science student.
Only those who could match the toughness while being serious and consistent for these preparation years can survive it.
But more than 90% of the students just get exhausted and give up. 😓

When you achieve something with hard work you have a whole different level of happiness
A dream is a umbrella term... I can say that "i have a dream to live on moon" is different than saying "i have a goal/aim to live on moon"... By saying the 1st thing I'm like most people who'll live on moon if they get the opportunity... But saying that my goal/aim to live on moon mean I'm working on it or I'll work on it like Elon Musk.
Glorifying something hard is actually more counter productive. Imagine saying that to a sweatshop worker. We should definitely make things easier for people in society thats how we grow. Imagine saying that to the person who's making the wheel, people should work hard and walk.
And trust me, the type of engineers who score in the top percentage of IIT don't study purely for the sake of it, they enjoy it and thats hard work done positively.

Me who had given JEE exam, failed and then doing good in some University, the word IIT and JEE still haunts me and give me goosebumps even though I have nothing to do with them now.....
I remember how IIT dream made me separated from my childhood best friend as He wanted no distraction and just want to study all the time. Just talked to him last week after a big gap of 2 years. His hardwork also didn't paid of and now He sounds kinda sad when I talked to him. Basically you have to give your life to IIT if you really wanna crack it.
hey! knowing the success rate and the toughness+competition...you should giveyourself more credit for enduring, learning and studying relentlessly. You have to be brave even if you want to give up your dreams. As a person who already got into an engineering institute this year-- believe me hardwork pays off! Do what you have to, cuz LIFE GOES ON!

Google suicide rates in Kota. You will get to know how dark life it is for for many out there. That's why this black and white theme. Also Arunabh Kumar creator of TVF , Jitendra (Jeetu Bhaiya) Biswapati Sarkar and many others are graduates of IIT. They know how hard life is for these kids who are merely 16-17-18 age bracket. Half of the OG Cast in TVF is from IIT. So they are trying their best to portray what they went through

Jeetu is the best choice for the role as he himself is an IITian.
Anyone who clears IIT JEE, Congratulations! Your hard work paid off.
But sometimes I wonder if it is a level playing field.
Children of parents with a high income can pay for expensive coaching classes+books.
But children of low income families, unfortunately, cannot get the same help.
Iit is considered as one of the world's toughest examination and trust me this series shows the reality of Indian students while preparing for iit

It's about the hardship, the effort an aspirant puts in, and the level of competition is such that it asks for highest level of commitment... Which differs for different people according to their physical, mental and emotional status...and that's where the crack down starts to happen, when your desires can't match up with your efforts.

11:39 Achara ji fyi schools don't prepare students for IIT entrance exams. No school in India pushes a student for that. School just teach the syllabus at their level and let students Play, participate in events, etc.
This what you see is a multi billion dollars coaching system, which has grown its roots deep.
I can go on for hours on how it became this, what is positive about it and what are the negatives (Mostly are the negatives), and why is it necessary to change this

12 hrs,, 2:45am rn,, i was a jee aspirant too since couple of weeks ago
I also been through this period, I named it dark times
1000+ km from home.
Having 3 siblings and 1/3rd of parents hard earned money.
2nd attempt.
Looking at classmates, they have joined the college that I could join but 2 years later., Even if I used to be a brighter student.
This creates pressure, no one wants to to take pressure on purpose, it overshadows enjoyment, specially in 2nd attempt.

@@enigma3123 first of all, number of hr doesn't matter, what matters is the quality of time you are giving to learning... dont over do things... take a chill pill and go for it... and continuously work hard... make a goal that daily u have to study, time doesn't matter, it will help u in ur future as well...
