HI, I have issues with the USB3 hub that it doesnt actually fully support USB3 devices. There is also a thread on cloudynights, but I am still waiting for a response from Skywatcher on getting a fix.

Lots of posts by owners about this USB problem. Skywatchers excuse for it is quite lame. March 2021 ....Sky Watcher Response:
"We are having issues with the USB hub running as a 3.0-hub.
The issue is the hub is not powered. By the time you plug your camera in, run through the internal hub, out to the rear port to the computer there is not enough signal for the computer to see the device. For 2.0 devices it does not matter, only 3.0. We are trying to work with the factory to get a way to address this issue. For now an external powered hub can address this." Just what you want to hear after spending $6,350. :(
