Is your food classification recommended and or approved through the FDA…
No. We have published it in the medical literature. The FDA doesn't evaluate this kind of work as it isn't a drug or food.

Question: you stated that man was not designed to eat animals. Why is it that research show that the caveman ate animals. It does not say anything about them eating vegetables.
Please cite your source.
Early humans eat whatever was available. They did not have a long life. They were old by the time the past 25 years old. Did you think they kill a cow every day or even every week? They had no way to refrigerate meat. Humans are adaptable but what they ate affects their longevity.
👌🏿💯
I'm of Italian descent. I love cheese. I stick to a serving size. I eat about 110 to 180 calories of cheese or other dairy per day. Restrictive diets whether vegetarian, vegan, carnivore, keto, etc., is the wrong approach. The BIGGEST problem today is OVEREATING. We are omnivores. I think Dr. Montgomery is a great source of healthy information and I appreciate you, Dr. Montgomery but we were designed to eat meat. Just not the mass quantities of meat that people eat. Our organs were not designed to process mass quantities of the "food" overload of any kind that our bodies are subjected to, and forced to process by most people today. Most people overeat at least 1000, or more calories per day than their body's need for daily fuel. Most people have no idea what their basal metabolic rate is, or how many calories they burn a day, or what their macronutrient ratio is in their daily diet. You want people to give up cheese (a nutritionally dense and healthy food) when these people still do not even read a food label or stick to a serving size. This is a real cart before the horse futile approach, and on top of it, people are looking for that quick fix magic formula - just tell me what not to eat. I also appreciate Chiropractor Dr. Berg but take exception to his restrictive KETO diet. For me, the best nutrition is lean protein (usually a meat, fish, or egg) with cruciferous vegetables and some fruit. I treat cheese as a snack by itself. I do not need a lot of caloric intake despite being physically fit and active because I weigh 115 pounds and am 5'4" female. I eat to fuel my body and maintain my body. I never deny myself something I want to eat, and I have found that although I do not gravitate heavily toward meat eating, my body does much better overall when eating meat, and some dairy - along with vegetables. I love vegetables.
Do you even understand the context? This is for heart patients. He's been able to reverse heart disease with this diet.
WE were not design to eat meat. Even look at the teeth of those designed to eat meat.
