    As i have gone through life i have always found the best gear is always designed and built buy a serious end user with years of experience in his field , and as long as no one cheapens it or tries to cut corners ( or the accountants do poke there noses in ) that gear is always by far the best , keep up the amazing work in and out of the tree's August

    Best climbing saddle ever my opinion

    My wife bought me the new monkey beaver saddle and I must say it is awesome. I do advise getting the pads, they make a difference while in a tree for 8 hours. I did go through the suspenders in less than a month, my wife think my sweat ate the suspenders and they just started fraying apart in the shoulders. The saddle took a few climbs to get tuned into my climbing but once done it’s the most comfortable saddle I’ve had out of the 4 I’ve used over the years. The easy on and off clips at the end of the climb are awesome. Over all good saddle definitely recommend to whoever reads this.

      Please call the office for new suspenders. The fabric company gave us a weak batch of fabric for the suspenders and there are a few frazzled like yours and none other than those few in a batch that we’ve been replacing.
      We have 100 pairs of those that we have to cut up even though they look perfect they’re from that batCh. Please call the office and I’ll replace them with ones that won’t wear out for eons.

    Well I know what my next saddle is going to be. Just got my V1 made on 6/22 and wow was it a game changer. Even if there won’t be a trade in/upgrade option I’ll be saving up for the V2….hell might be the V3 by then lol. Love your content and gear August keep it going. Be safe out there

    • @johnhpalmer6098
      @johnhpalmer6098 2 года назад

      Did you see the video? If not, then you should. He shows several versions of the 2.0 and it looks like black, white, green and blue and a "disco" version at least. They were images that either faded in on the left of the screen, or slid or dropped in throughout the segment while John demonstrated the new saddle.

    5 weeks of recovery for me after a surgery last week. When I get back to tree work I'm ordering a saddle. The sooner the better as I know it takes time. I'm a fairly small climber at 5'7" 130 pounds thinking of a maybe a small for me.

      @@AugustHunicke I had a pilonidal sinus removed & I guess I have an absess as well. I had 4 colorectal surgeries in 2018 as well. At 28 years old just hoping I'm finally done. The fibrin glue is falling out as I type liquid stitches dissolving quick as well. I had some separation sadly so I'm still on the oxy for another week.

      @@AugustHunicke my biggest issue is actually bieng restless. I cant stop moving around and doing stuff when I'm in pain so I assume the pain meds are what helps me relax & rest. Sadly the tearing & separating of the wound is normal I had a flap surgery done. If it re occurs I'll have to have a cleft lift done. Another name for pilonidal disease is Jeep Disease it affected soldiers in world war 2 big time and was coined that.
