Spyderco's are top notch! Also yes if you tighten that pivot screw just a bit it will tighten right up. No experience with this spyderco but I'm in absolute love with my spyderco leafjumper in K390, ish literally holds a working edge for a ludicrous amount of time. Probably my favorite user followed by the benchmade 940-2.
